VIA INN Prime Osaka Kyobashi JR-West Group

Osaka Castle/Kyobashi/Eastern Osaka
The hotel stipulates that the check-out time for single rooms is 10 o'clock. There was no special instruction when checking in. When I returned to the hotel at 11 o'clock, I found that all my luggage was missing. The hotel took it to the front desk. They had my phone number, but they did not call or get my consent. He just took my luggage out of the room, which was quite disrespectful to the guests. This kind of hotel management and service attitude should not be recommended. When I complained to the manager, I just kept apologizing and didn't think it was serious. I didn't argue with him because I was in a hurry to go back to my country. Just don't stay there next time. I no longer trust the hotels recommended by Ctrip.
Toyoko Inn Osaka Kyobashi Sakuranomiya

As a brand new addition to the Toyoko Inn chain, I am impressed to see a familiar room design with some upgraded features. Firstly and most important, USB charging is introduced, so travellers no longer need to bring their own plug adapters. Secondly, decor of the room has become nicer, with one wall painted in chic green. In-room wifi is of course provided. The location of the hotel is good as well- it is about 8mins walk from JR Sakuranomiya Station, which is on the Osaka Loop Line and is just 2 stations away from Osaka main station. Although the hotel is surrounded by ”love motels”, it is also adjacent to the Sakuranomiya Shrine and the riverside park, which had really beautiful cherry blossom trees. As we stayed in April, the blossoms were really magnificent. Breakfast was no-frills and typical Toyoko style. Staff were friendly. I would be happy to stay here again.

First of all, this hotel is not as close to the subway as the merchants have told for nearly six minutes on foot. It is purely a lie. Kyungbashi Station is 1.2 km away and walks without a word. Then this hotel is purely self-help. There is no staff to call. The voice operation is very unpleasant. How much time do you have to clean the service? If you need to pay 1000 yen, once the toiletries and paper towels are used up, there is no need to continue. The bath towels are not replaced by the ones. We have a family of three for the towel and Ctrip. They can't find anyone. Although they had clean towels and paper towels the day before they left, my mood is still very bad. To tell the truth, where are the praises coming from!

The rooms were small but cozy. I stayed with two friends in this hotel, and we all fit comfortably in the space, although, suitcases were hard to open. There was one concerning part of the hotel there is a fogged glass window on the bathroom door, and you could see the people inside. The housekeeping came around daily, and there was a fresh supply of towels, fash washers and soap each day. The hotel also has free massage chairs that were amazing after a long day of walking. The food was very traditional, and there were no western options. The food may be an issue for some, but my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the food provided.

It’s closed to JR station and metro station, easy to visit other place. There are many restaurants for lunch and dinner, and easy to visit 7-11 or Lawson.
Hotel Trend Kyobashi Ekimae

Osaka Castle/Kyobashi/Eastern Osaka
A 10 story business hotel located about 3 minutes walk from Keihan Kyobashi station. Since it will open in November 2020, the interior and facilities are still new, but the room key is not a card type, but a type with an acrylic stick with a room number hanging on an old-fashioned key. The size of the room is standard as a business hotel. The TV is wall-mounted and the screen size is large. There is no wake-up call facility and an alarm clock is placed on the headboard of the bed. Since it faces National Highway No. 1, the sirens of police cars and ambulances, and the sound of rare runners running with a roaring sound enter the room. Behind the hotel is a love hotel district.
