Hotels near Shin-Osaka Station, Osaka

The location is very convenient, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the people cleaning very good . But unfortunately the room was so small and dusty, and the aircon not too strong. Everyday i got blood nose because so hot in the room. But thank you to the hotel staff, they are al nice

Location was great, about 3-5 min walk from Shin-Osaka station. There is daily housekeeping, where they tidy your room and replace the towels. Just right next to it is a convenience store, where you can purchase water and other essentials. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Price point was pretty decent as well.

Unizo inn is near the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen train station, 5mins-10mins walking distance. Convenient for visitors who travel the Shinkansen train often. Osaka metro station is just 2mins walk from the hotel and easy to travel to some hit place like umeda, shinsaibashi, tennoji. This hotel lobby is at level 2, amenities can be see at lobby area. Hotel's staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel's room is nice and neat. Yayoi restaurant locates at level 1,just beside the hotel's elevator,convenient to find other food restaurants around the hotel. Nearby hotel do have convenience stores and vending machines. Hotel room price is reasonable for a short stay at Osaka.

Room is very small. We had a bunk bed, single on top and small double bed at the bottom. Good enough for 2 nights. If you need room for more than 2 nights, not this hotel. Location is very convenient. Train station is just right Infront of the hotel.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the north Shinkansen ticket gate. After crossing the footbridge and going down about 30 steps, you'll find the hotel. It may be a little difficult to get there if you're carrying large luggage. I couldn't find an elevator nearby. Free drinks are available from 3pm to midnight. As for amenities, you were asked to take whatever you needed. The hotel was clean and I had no trouble staying there, and it was comfortable! Thank you!

Location - good because it is near shin-Osaka station which is a major train hub. Easy to get to Itami airport and surrounding cities like Kobe and Kyoto. However it is not at Namba / Umeda so it may not suit everyone depending on your objectives. Service - they were available for all things I needed including umbrellas on rainy days Room - small but good layout. So there was enough room for some packing without putting luggage on the bed.

Bery well located and convenient hotel. This hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk south of Shin Osaka station. There is also Minamikata Hankyu rail station at about 10 minutes walk south of this hotel. There are 4 washing machinese and 2 drying machines on ground floor near Receptionist. Next to washing room is a door to a convenient store. The AC is centralized but windows can be opened. Although near train station the room is well insulated.

The place is accessible but need to cross the bridge to arrive at the hotel. Room is a bit small but okay for 1 person 1 night. There is a 711 downstairs where you can buy anything needed, especially water as they didn't provide it.

It is our first mother and son vacation to Japan and Sarasa Hotel Shin-Ōsaka is the hotel I chose after going through so many other choices because of its location.  The hotel room we stayed is of a decent size because we have anticipated it to be small due to the country's high population density.  So we are comfortable with it.  The bathroom is of a decent size and I love the shower pressure.  Not to mentioned my son was literally soaking himself in the bathtub every time when he shower.  I have used their laundry machine twice and twice the machines were occupied with one still running and another done but the user didn’t pickup their cleaned laundry. So I have to seek help from the front desk and they were helpful.  I need to wait for 10 minutes before the hotel staff could remove the cleaned laundry from the machine, which is their protocol, so I could use it, not knowing that I was just waiting around the lobby, the staff went up to our room wanting to inform me that she has free up the laundry machine.  I was impressed because I didn’t reveal to her my room number but she knows.  I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel if I am coming to Shin-Ōsaka again.

Great hotel loved it! Big and clean room for family of 4. Highly recommended for anyone need to take Shinkansen High Speed Train from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka. The hotel is about 5-10mins walk from the Shin-Osaka station (exit 4). There is a lounge at L3 opens fr 2pm-10pm where one can get free hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic). Hotel guests also get to use free Onsen at L4. Definitely going to stay here when I come back to Osaka again.
