We enjoy our 3-night stay here. Umeda is transport hub and we took super fast train from Kyoto (just 45 mins) and the station exit is close to this hotel. The 5-star hotel is tall, very clean, elegantly decorated and spacious. Room inside is excellent in every aspect. We had a wonderful and open views overlooking the city and the big wheel. There're several restaurants or otherwise many dining choices in the neighborhood. We tried the lunch all-you-can-eat which is nice. Staff ok, English not very good though. The hotel is so kind and generous for giving me a small bunch of flowers on my birthday 💐 Price is unexpectedly good too, about USD205 per night for our triple room and our stay is during the Easter holidays! Overall, recommended with hesitation.

It is for businessmen, but the use of tourists and foreigners was also conspicuous because of the good price and word of mouth. In fact, it was used at work, but it was enough for 1 night ２ days and there was no problem for 2 nights and 3 days. However, if you stay any more, you may feel pressure. There was no appearance of cleaning up even though there was a staff nearby, and even if it was reasonable to clean it all over, the dirtyness became conspicuous, and the delicious meal of the corner was ruined. The hot spring is not as much as you expect, but there are only three washing places, so it is recommended to wash your body in the room and then go to soak in the hot water. If you know the location and the location from Shin Osaka Station, and you know the location, you can walk to JR East Exit in 10 minutes.

The hotel is not far from Shin-Osaka Station. It is easier to get there by using Google Maps. There is a connected mini convenience store downstairs of the hotel for convenient restocking of supplies and food. There is a self-service daily necessities area next to the hotel elevator, where travelers can pick up what they need (face wash, makeup remover, toner, facial cream, etc.), which is very convenient and considerate. The room is so small that there is no space to open the suitcase (points deducted). The cleanliness is good.

It was about 5 minutes to Osaka Station. It was close to convenience stores, restaurants, etc., so it was color 々 and the location was convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful, but the room is renewed beautifully, but because it is out of the way, the bus around the bed is old style. It is not suitable for people who care because the track is close.

As membership so i stay again in this hotel chain brand. Stay in twin room which design for bed located in each side of the room with bathroom in between so each bed has own facilities TV, table, lamp, telephone, boiling pot etc. This gave more private area. I found in room provide humidifier also and help during winter period stay. Breakfast is standard of Toyoko inn which is satisfy. Staff front desk and at breakfast service are always greeting and friendly. The distance from shin-osaka station for walking could take 10-15 mins. Nearby hotel has several restaurants different food types. Great surprise during my stay Toyoko inn set campaign gave rooms cost to 6000 yens in Osaka and my booking has been revised benefit of the campaign.

The Hotel is near Shin Osaka Station, 5 - 10 minutes walk. Please use the Central Exit and just walk across parking lot and you will see a flyover and pedestrian under the flyover. Go ahead through the pedestrian and turn right, you will see a tunnel (about 150m). Walk toward the tunnel and the Hotel will be around 100m after the tunnel on your left side (There are 2 tunnels around the parking lot, please use the small one which you can access via pedestrian under the flyover). The room was big enough for us (2 adults and 1 kid - 10 yo) and 1 luggage. The only minor thing is they don't provide a wardrobe. They only provide very small space for you to hang your jacket near the door. Our room is facing the train tracks and still can hear the trains passing the building, not disturbing though but we don't know for sure why it was not disturbing because our room was on high floor (14th fl) or the sound proofing works well. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. I think it is better if the staff can improve their English for easier communication with non Japanese speaking guests. There are many restaurants around the Hotel but you need to walk 5 - 10 minutes or you can just go to the Station as plenty of eateries there as well.

I stayed the day before the early morning departure of the Shinkansen. It is very convenient about 3 minutes walk from Shin Osaka Station. The hotel explanation map is cheap and there is a display on the electric pole on the way and I arrived immediately. The building is old, but the receptionist was very polite and greeted with tea and oshibori. The room was a double window right next to the track, but I heard the sound of the train until about 12 o'clock, but then it was quiet until 6 o'clock at the beginning of the morning. The bed was comfortable with Simmons. There was a large bath and it was very relaxing. There are no shops from the station to the hotel, so I recommend buying it if you have a meal at the station. We went to the station to eat and shop and went back. Free Wi-Fi connection was good. I couldn't get breakfast early in the morning, so I could comment, but I thought the free coffee service at the time of departure was great. I thought it was a very good place for Cospa. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Shortcut the alley between the buildings from the east exit and arrived in about 2 minutes. If you're not careful, you might miss it. Although it is an old hotel, it has been renewed and you can feel the commitment to comfortable facilities such as Mirable shower heads, beds, and chairs. There was also a comfortable sleep room with an upgraded Mirable bathtub and bed. The room is a reasonable size and you won't feel oppressed. It's close to the station and has a reasonable price, so you can use it for sightseeing or staying the night before an early morning flight.

The room was small but it was a comfortable stay for an individual. The proximity of the hotel from Shin-Osaka station is a big advantage. Room amenities are good. Breakfast is decent with japanese style cuisine. Staff cannot converse or understand English, hence it is very difficult to check for something with the help desk on the phone. I had booked a stay for two nights. The air conditioning was off for the entire second night. When the room got suffocating, I checked with the help desk. It is when they informed me that the air con has malfunctioned and will be available at 12 pm. They asked me to open the window for air. This was not an option as it's too noisy outside due to the proximity of the hotel from the train station and airport, and also there are no screens to the window to block bugs. The air con was available the next day at 9:30 when I was ready to check out.

It is adjacent to the road and light rail, especially the sound of motorcycles outside, which is quite noisy. The sound insulation effect is not very good, someone talking in the corridor can be heard clearly. There is also a mirror on the side of the bed, the layout is very uncomfortable. This hotel is situated directly across from the station, and it is an easy five minute walk. The staff was friendly however, the rooms are very outdated. The room was smaller than the typical Japanese rooms that we’ve been staying at. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The lobby and area is updated and the rooms also need some care. We did take a walk in the evening, but there really wasn’t much entertainment or anything to do around that area. You definitely need to go into the station to enjoy anything. We chose this hotel because I had stayed here about seven years ago with my son. The experiences were completely different. I probably wouldn’t choose it again, but in a pinch it would do for a business person perhaps spending the night and leaving not a leisurely trip where you want to have a look at scenery in the area.

Apartment was very clean, pretty comfortable, just note the loft bed is quite small for two adults, and if you have heat on it gets VERY warm upstairs (heat rises and all that). I ended up sleeping separate from husband on downstairs fold out. Also pictures and description is misleading, the kitchen is actually a separate space off main hallway and shared with another unit, not really a big deal, we were not in there much and didn't see anyone else. Yes kitchen stays unlocked as does the front hallway door but everything is super safe, apartment itself where you sleep locks. Shared washing machine too (does not dry), this was our halfway point so we did laundry, laundromat closeby for drying. We knew location would be far from the main hub of Osaka, what we didn't know is the subway stops at midnight so just keep that in mind if going to Dotonbori at night. Kita ward was pretty close via train and we kinda preferred it anyway for evenings, SUCH good food, great little bars.
