The hotel is not far from Shin-Osaka Station. It is easier to get there by using Google Maps. There is a connected mini convenience store downstairs of the hotel for convenient restocking of supplies and food. There is a self-service daily necessities area next to the hotel elevator, where travelers can pick up what they need (face wash, makeup remover, toner, facial cream, etc.), which is very convenient and considerate. The room is so small that there is no space to open the suitcase (points deducted). The cleanliness is good.

For two peak people, it is good. But it is a long walk from the station. Lovely owner For check-in, it is near five o'clock. There will be an email at the door to contact. It takes less than 5 minutes to get the code for check-in.

Apartment was very clean, pretty comfortable, just note the loft bed is quite small for two adults, and if you have heat on it gets VERY warm upstairs (heat rises and all that). I ended up sleeping separate from husband on downstairs fold out. Also pictures and description is misleading, the kitchen is actually a separate space off main hallway and shared with another unit, not really a big deal, we were not in there much and didn't see anyone else. Yes kitchen stays unlocked as does the front hallway door but everything is super safe, apartment itself where you sleep locks. Shared washing machine too (does not dry), this was our halfway point so we did laundry, laundromat closeby for drying. We knew location would be far from the main hub of Osaka, what we didn't know is the subway stops at midnight so just keep that in mind if going to Dotonbori at night. Kita ward was pretty close via train and we kinda preferred it anyway for evenings, SUCH good food, great little bars.

The shower place n spa very nice. Excellent bookshelves! Good self-help kitchen and wifi service. But NO toilets NO tv NO water jars in bedrooms! A bit inconvenient for family travellers. Extra rental fees for shower towels🥴 (good for environmental concern)

It is for businessmen, but the use of tourists and foreigners was also conspicuous because of the good price and word of mouth. In fact, it was used at work, but it was enough for 1 night 2 days and there was no problem for 2 nights and 3 days. However, if you stay any more, you may feel pressure. The room is clean and functional, so you don't feel narrow. Also, the number of outlets is too much and there is no problem with charging. I didn't expect breakfast because it was free, but the taste and variety were sufficient. However, I want to improve the taste of coffee and miso soup. Also, I clean the tableware by myself, but I stack it on the tableware used by others, but when I go late, the dirty tableware is stacked high and stacked up. There was no appearance of cleaning up even though there was a staff nearby, and even if it was reasonable to clean it all over, the dirtyness became conspicuous, and the delicious meal of the corner was ruined. The hot spring is not as much as you expect, but there are only three washing places, so it is recommended to wash your body in the room and then go to soak in the hot water. If you know the location and the location from Shin Osaka Station, and you know the location, you can walk to JR East Exit in 10 minutes.

New hotel, 3 minutes walk from the straight elevator at the East Exit of Shin-Osaka Station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around, and there are also in the station. There is no one at the front desk, self check-in is required. Mid-week prices are affordable, and prices increase on weekends. Sound insulation is acceptable.
