The corner 々 was not cleaned well and dust was accumulated and I didn't like it. There was a bad smell in the room and corridor and it closed. There were several days when the wall was thin and the next room was noisy, and I could hear the conversation until the morning and couldn't sleep until the morning. There are often movements in the middle of the night near the fire station, or the motorcycle sound of the runaway? It is also noisy. Outside the window is a cemetery. . . The owner's response was fast and helpful!

I went to Osaka to set this hotel for my daughter. I personally think this hotel is better than the B&B (it is about 4-5 floor renovation of the whole house). The hotel price is cheap. The location is some distance from Nanbo Station but not difficult to find. The exit of the underground street can also be reached. (But there is no elevator at the exit with 2 V stairs to climb, with large luggage or go to the ground to reach better), next to the hotel is the clock hotel but it has no big impact, the staff service attitude is serious and friendly, you can temporarily store luggage, there is an elevator we live on the 2nd floor, there is a smell when you enter the door, I smell the toilet and the smell of old him. My daughter smells the smell of barbecue. The Japanese room space is big enough. The toilet is normal and there is a shower super room. It is super small. If it is a big man, you can't turn around. Objectively comment on the hygiene level is good. The room was air-conditioned and soundproof, but the mattress was not slingshot but it could sleep.

It's very close to Jinshingu and Zoo-mae Stations. There are convenience stores nearby, and restaurants are very convenient. It's like a B&B hotel with self-service check-in. I don't know about the room's electric system. I contacted him via WhatsApp and got a quick reply! The hygiene is very good and everything is good except for the poor sound insulation. Everything else is satisfactory.

It was a good hotel. It is close to JR Nanba Station and the road is easy to understand. There were many restaurants nearby. It was quiet and calm because it was a little far from downtown. Amenities were also abundant.

Location: quiet location, 500m away from Shin - Imamya station , (for whom uses the JR pass, free) station we use every day we stay, Family Mart and a supermarket (real meals, Apartment: check in made with a tablet in the hostel entrance and check out automatically, for 7 days of accommodation, I didn't see any official. Bread rooms (for most of the rooms we stay in Japan), great kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and a cupboard (it was very useful to reduce feed costs). The hotel has a good bathroom with a great shower and comfort, washing machine, hair dryer, comfortable beds and a reasonable tram (I think all hotels have this kind of fine tram). Overall, it was above our expectations, mainly location, comfort.
