Sotetsu Fresa Inn Properties in Osaka

This hotel is the 1st one that I choose when I started my japan trip in 2018. Glad to be back here again as this is technically my 3rd time staying. I actually was hopping I got the street view but still it was good.Personally I also quite like the interior design of the hotel. The location of the hotel is good as it is near to the food street of Dotonbori. I actually like the smoothing healing music that was provided on the TV as I will have a short nap while listening to it before moving off. Overall I have a very good experience with my stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful and greeted upon when meeted. I will choose this hotel again next year when I visit japan again.

A fabulous hotel location at Namba Station. All walking and entertainment sights either within the walking distance or easy to get by subway line. Clean room, super cozy bed and pillows, friendly personnel. Check-in strictly at 3 pm, if you are a member, check in is at 2 pm. So don't come early, there is no possibility to get an early check-in. Check out time is before 11 am BUT you can leave the lagage at the hotel if you have a flight or train later and have a chance to have a walk or go shopping free of luggage. The hotel provides it for FREE. I had the room on the 12th floor with a fabulous view. Amenities... Wow. The hotel provides free amenities like razor, bath salt, body milk, body lotion, hair comb, face mask, bath sponge 🧽 and many more. Next time I am in Osaka, will definitely stay at this hotel.

You can reach the hotel directly without even exiting the subway station. The hotel's front desk is on the 3rd floor. For direct access, look for Exit 16 specifically from the Keihan Electric Railway (Keihan Line) platforms. When I first arrived, I spent a long time searching for this exit because it's crucial to note it's *not* the general Yodoyabashi Station Exit 16, but the one specifically for the Keihan Line itself. As it was my first visit, I had quite a struggle locating it, so I wanted to give a heads-up to other travelers.

The room has the typical Japanese hotel features – small, but clean and tidy. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful! The hotel's location is also good, within walking distance to Umeda and Shinsaibashi! My only slight dissatisfaction was with the hotel breakfast. The hygiene wasn't great, and there wasn't much variety. On the second morning, I felt like there was leftover rice in the rice cooker, and for dishes like oden, there was a full pot on the first day, but only a small amount left at the bottom on the second morning, making it seem like leftovers from the day before. The breakfast restaurant really lowered the hotel's standard. Next time I stay here, I definitely won't add breakfast!

I'd recommend this hotel as the option if you wanna sightseeing around Shinsaibashi, namba, dontonburi area. The thing I like that easily entry subway Yotsubashi metro or Nankai line to heading to downtown. Amenities aa bath tube powder in Christmas theme is super cute and smell relaxing. I could not see the worst much at this hotel except the smell bad at dinning zone near entrance. Walk underground you back to airport by OCAT bus, have many elevators at south gates so you should not lift heavily luggages anymore only 1 stop to Namba. Walk and walk as usual. Also have Tonkutsu reataurant by walk from the hotel, open after 5 p.m.to 11 p. m., very yummy & well made by chef with worth paid 3500 up¥/person.
