Our rooms were extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we were provided with numerous care products each day delivered to our door in baskets. We had a lovely garden view too. We were greeted and served by a lovely gentleman at the main desk. His English wasn’t great but he tried so hard and was so welcoming. One day there was no hot water on the hotel due to an ‘event’ and that same gentleman came to our room to tell us and had the message translated on his phone to show me. The music in the lobby was always spirited away music and it was very fitting. I use the ladies private bath and outdoor onsen. Noone else was there. It was so perfect. The hotel is close to the station. I really liked it here and highly recommend it ❤️

The surroundings of the hotel are not so nice, but we were pleasantly surprised when entering the hotel. The interior was very modern and the food was delicious.

First time at Naruko Onsen. The hot springs are very good. Arriving at your inn, the smell of sulfur fills you with anticipation. The hot water is very good, with added water but flowing directly from the source. The room is normal. The front staff is very nice. Dinner was steak, but it was average. Unfortunately, the one person in charge of serving the food is very sloppy and makes a lot of noise as he cleans up the dishes like he's throwing them away. Close to Naruko Onsen Station, I felt it was a good location to enjoy the cityscape of Naruko Onsen.
The hotel was well maintained inside and out. There was a fan in the room, so it wasn't too hot, but I was worried that the air conditioner in the room was old and the temperature could not be controlled well.

Anyway, it smells like sulfur. Despite that, the bath is odorless, so I go to the public bath next door.
