Checking in was great with dinner served on arrival, gold room is spacious and a view of mt Fuji. Breakfast was a big spread but all Japanese options. Second night dinner however the prawn wasn't fresh and the chef tried all means to defend himself. There's a 150 yen charge per person per day for use of the onsen which is not included in the booking. Please take note

we can see mt fuji from our room .. staff are attentive and friendly . two stories apartment in Japanese style , clean and cozy . food are excellent too ! love it ! 

We like to thank and applaude the staffs and chef that took good care of us during our stay at Hakai Konohanakan. The services and amenities provided were top notch and the staffs were very thoughtful in making sure that we were well taken care of. Not to mention, the omakase is of really good quality and variety. Every day was a new experience with new dishes! Really well done on the chef and staffs part. Although the location maybe abit secluded, we like to appluade the staff effort in offering to arrange a taxi for us to take us to a location. As the bus services here may be a little unreliable, if your itinerary is packed with 3 to 4 places for the day, we recommand to book a chartered services for at least a day so you can go around freely from one end to the other. We were lucky to have a staff that speaks Mandarin but nevertheless, even if the staff can't speak Mandarin or understands English, they take an effort to explain and understand you through translation apps. All in all, we have no regrets in booking and staying here. Would highly recommend to stay here if your itinerary revolves around lake Yamanaka as it is only a 10 minute drive away! Not to mention a step outside and you can see mount fuji!

The host who received us was very kind and beautiful. The original check-in time was between 3 PM and 7 PM, but we arrived at 9 PM because we were playing at the nearby Fuji-Q Highland. Even though we arrived late, we were warmly welcomed. Since we missed dinner, the host personally drove us to a nearby convenience store. The service was excellent. As compensation for missing dinner, breakfast was very generous and delicious. The environment was particularly good, and the room was very clean and tidy. We were very tired from playing all day, but after soaking in the hot spring, we felt completely refreshed. It was very comfortable. This was a very worthwhile experience, and I highly recommend it! 私たちを迎えてくれたホストはとても親切で美しかったです。本来のチェックイン時間は3時から7時の間でしたが、近くの富士急ハイランドで遊んでいたため、夜の9時に到着しました。9時に到着したにもかかわらず、暖かく迎えてくれました。夕食の時間を逃してしまったため、ホストが近くのコンビニまで車で連れて行ってくれました。本当に素晴らしいサービスでした。夕食を逃したため、朝食は非常に豊富で美味しかったです。環境も特に良く、部屋もとても清潔で綺麗でした。1日中遊んでとても疲れていたため、温泉に入った後は全身がリフレッシュされ、非常に快適でした。これはとても価値のある体験でしたので、ぜひお勧めします！

Small hotel with view of Mount Fuji. Very comfortable. Superb service.

The hardware, private soup, cuisine and service are all very good. But the transportation is not very convenient.

The hotel service is very good and considerate. We checked the last dinner time before departure and the reply was 7:30 pm, but our flight was delayed and we encountered a traffic jam on the road! We contacted the hotel halfway and we would arrive at 8:30. In order to give us the best quality dinner, the hotel chef was willing to wait until 8:30 to provide us with dinner! We are very grateful to all the hotel staff, everyone was so nice! The environment, hygiene, and service all receive 5-star praise👍🏻👍🏻

Overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel has a total of 3 suites. We stayed in the Red Fuji Suite, which has an upper and lower floor structure, with a bedroom on the upper floor and a restaurant on the lower floor. The hotel kitchen is directly connected to the restaurant, and the butler directly serves food from the kitchen to the living room for dining. The downside is that the kitchen is right next to the room, and the smell of oil smoke is still unavoidable. In addition, the weather was bad that day and Mount Fuji could not be seen. We arrived at the hotel early, but before 3 o'clock, the hotel was completely empty and no one answered the phone. We didn't know who to find when we wanted to store our luggage. This was a bit embarrassing, or Ctrip should disclose it clearly on the website. The current disclosed front desk business hours: [Monday-Sunday] 08:30-22:00 is completely wrong. After 10:00 and before 15:00, the hotel is empty.

Although the location of the hotel is a bit off, the hotel staff is very kind and the meals are perfect💯. Every day brings surprises! Trustworthy and recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Both the view of Mount Fuji and the hot springs are great, and the kaiseki cuisine and butler service are great!

Environmental sanitation, hot springs, scenery, breakfast and dinner are all great When I made the reservation, there were only a few reviews on Ctrip and I hesitated for a long time. Very satisfied with the result. The 24-hour constant temperature hot spring is amazing👍 The disadvantage is that you check out too early. You should stay a few more nights. I also temporarily added a child for breakfast, but he couldn’t eat it at all. Unexpectedly, breakfast charges 1500rmb per person Don’t add breakfast at random😭

Beautiful and comfortable environment, good store service, and impeccable food

Great! The garden scenery is very beautiful! ! The private hot spring bath is very comfortable! ! Dinner was also very delicious! ! ! You can directly see Mount Fuji from the living room on the second floor! ! The transportation in Yamanakako Town is not as convenient as Kawaguchiko Town. The hotel only has one shuttle bus that was booked by the guests next door. I waited at the station for 2 hours and there was no bus. Taxis can only be booked by phone. In the end, I walked for 30 minutes and only arrived in the morning. We arrived at the hotel before dark. Travelers who don’t have a car are advised to leave early and walk directly. The town’s bus system really cannot be relied upon. but! The hotel itself is very nice! Well worth a visit! Especially for those with elderly people or several children at home, booking a townhouse is much more economical than booking a few rooms at the famous hotel in Kawaguchiko Town. Moreover, the view of Mount Fuji is not blocked in any way, plus there is a private bath in the room. Especially suitable for family travel. Finally, here are a few photos. Terrible service! A hotel that costs RMB 3,000 including breakfast and dinner actually sells for more than 8,000 without meals, and the price of breakfast alone is more than 1,000! The hotel has no facilities! It's obviously a bathtub, but Ctrip says it's an open-air hot spring! deceive consumers! There was no one at the hotel after two o'clock in the afternoon! Urge to check out at 10 o'clock in the morning! Because the driver was stuck in traffic on the road, the hotel asked to take out the luggage and wait in the yard! Never seen such poor Japanese service! I specially invited a Chinese, I complained to them, and said they were not responsible for the translation
