We stayed as a family in March. The employees are well-intentioned and polite, we did not have any problems in this regard, but there are many cons compared to other ski hotels. There are absolutely no cold and hot drinks throughout the day, only normal tea is served at meal times. There are no herbal tea options. There is a staff like a guard per the dining room. They keep asking for the room number. Food is mediocre, variety is less. The room we stayed in was called a standard room, but it was too small and we couldn't even get into it when we opened our suitcase. Although it was not stated in the tour we took, at the entrance to the hotel they impose a condition saying "If you rent ski equipment from somewhere else, you cannot use free ski pass". The last day they say free ski pass ends at 12 noon, you have to rent ski equipment full day, but you do not have the right to ski pass full day!!! We went to a lot of ski and summer hotels. They all served lunch after checking out at 12 o'clock. They didn't mind. In this hotel, they said, "No, you are not entitled to lunch." It is very disrespectful for them to stingily provide lunch to a customer who has stayed for 4 days. Treat them well so that people will choose you again. Isn't it? The only positive thing is that the ski room opens to the piste.. And the right to ski pass even until noon on the last day.. After such stingy and calculating treatment, I will not choose it again.. I recommend other hotels to learn how to treat customers a little.. in all the ski hotels we have stayed in so far. We left our belongings in the lobby at 12 o'clock and stayed at the hotel until our plane and bus time. We were welcomed very well. They gave us lunch and tea time. Even though we checked out on the last day at the Sway hotel, we used the ski pass until the evening. They also have the hotel. A slice of cake costs 130 TL. They did not provide lunch for people to eat from their cafes.. They charged the customer who had 4 days left for one meal.. I say it is a pity.. Make sure that the customer does not go bankrupt by having lunch on the last day, hot drinks throughout the day, and herbal teas for breakfast!!! Please work with a focus on customer satisfaction!!!

It was the best holiday I've had recently. Its proximity to the track, the delicious food, the friendly staff, the general cleanliness of the hotel... in short, almost everything was wonderful. The closeness and hospitality of @Nihan from guest relations was very good in adapting us to the hotel. I also wanted to thank you for helping us in almost every aspect during our stay at the hotel.

Everything was very enjoyable :) First of all, I would like to thank the food. The food was nice and delicious. The staff were friendly. The live music was enjoyable :) It was also nice in terms of hygiene. I would like to thank Ms. Asena, the lady at the mini club. She was very caring and warm-blooded.
