No one there to check us in, but key left for us. Tile floors throughout are cold in winter, but understandable as a beach resort. Not sure what was going on with water, as it kept turning bright yellow - this could have been a problem with the town water though, and may have been the one day we stayed. Had to adjust heaters is it was very hot when we got in.

Clean, spacious, well maintained, nice views onto the lake. We travel through Osoyoos regularly and wonder why we took so long to find Sandy Beach!

Location was excellent, lake front and close to all town services. Unit was new, well equipped and nicely decorated. The only downside was access to the the second floor unit, very narrow exterior staircase and 20 steep steps to the deck and entrance.

We were only there for one night while travelling through to our destination but the staff were super friendly and the room we had was clean and comfortable. We did not have a chance to explore the property.

Nice, very modern and well looked after. The stairs are a bit of a pain but didn't go down to the beach because of weather anyways so we just hung out on the suit. Nice deck but tree blocks veiw of beachn lake.
