Best Hotels in Ostfildern

The hotel is modern, clean and maintained. The ladies in the housekeeping are very friendly and competent and we have felt very well. But the reception staff is incredibly uninterested and not particularly helpful, you are not welcomed and you get mostly only questionable eyes back when you ask questions or wishes. We were not informed about whether and when breakfast is available and where to park. It seems that the parking places are free directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good for the low price, but not even empty plates are cleaned. Concluded: The building is beautiful, only service and service is searched for forgiven.

Very well-served hotel, with very friendly staff. I had a single room that was perfectly enough for my expectations. Bad (very clean) with large shower. Breakfast with everything the heart wants, coffee from automatic or hand-filtred, top.

I had a Conference/Trade Fair at the Stuttgart Messe and was looking for somewhere relatively nearby and not too expensive. This place turned up and it was just over a hundred Euro a night. Seemed what I was looking for. I had a single room ( i.e. a small double bed). There was a TV, desk, Bathroom and not much more. Check in took a couple of minutes and the girl behind the counter was friendly. There was a view of the town…nothing special. It was relatively quiet( hotel noise from the inside), but at 6 am I was woken by the Church bells ringing. To get to the Messe was a 2 minute walk and then a 15 minute bus ride ( that cost 2.5 Euro). The 122 Bus stopped 100 meters away from the entrance to Hall 10 of the Messe, which was perfect for me. In the evening, and morning, I ate in my room ( there was no kettle……but I did bring my own). There is a large Supermarket that I visited to pick up some supplies. It was about a 10 minute walk away, up a hill…..but it had everything that I needed. Overall, the place was OK. Not expensive. Close to where I needed to be. If I am at the Stuttgart Messe again next year, I will consider being here again.

Hôtel situé au sud de Stuttgart le long de la voie de tram. Chambres parfaitement impeccables et au calme. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement devant l hotel (vite car les places partent vite) . Avec le tramway on est à la fruhlingfest en 20 minutes (compter 2,90e le ticket aller) . Possibilité de faire le check in avant 15h pour 15,00e

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!

The location is a bit remote, because I booked this one in Frankfurt, but this location is a bit difficult to reach the city, about 10 minutes walk to S bahn station, it is not convenient to take the suitcase, take the S1 half an hour shuttle, you have to wait for half an hour if you miss it, In addition, it takes a little far to walk to the center of Eslingen in 10-15 minutes, and it takes a bus 101 to go faster. The advantage is that there is a LIDL supermarket next to it to buy daily necessities and food, which is the cheapest supermarket in Germany.

The rooms are very nice, modern and practical. Good blackout, large TV, so far so good that I came back after my first visit. On the first visit, the entire building had just been completed, the reception was at a small table in the hallway, provisional. The lounge, where there is breakfast and a bar, should not be finished yet, but is in the works. Well, about 3 months later the lounge is finished, but there is still no breakfast and no bar in the evening. As a frequent traveler, this is important to me, but I would ignore it because of the good rooms. Unfortunately, you have to check in yourself. I booked the hotel on the way, drove off and then received the email for self-check-in. Well, difficult when driving. So I went there in the hope that a receptionist would simply check me in. It's not possible, you have to check in yourself on a tablet, enter the data once for the registration form and again for the billing address. Despite the very friendly and helpful staff, very annoying and time-consuming. In other hotels I hand over my business card for the billing address, write my date of birth on the registration form and sign. It takes 3 minutes and isn't annoying. For this reason I will avoid this hotel if possible in the future.

The hotel is in an industrial area, there is no convenient living facilities on the edge, there is free parking, suitable for self-driving. The facilities in the hotel are not bad, the rooms are large and have simple kitchen equipment

(+) It is a perfect hotel if you come to the Technical Academy of Esslingen (TAE) for business trip. TAE is just 5 min walk away. It an old style hotel but maintained very well, clean and tidy. My compliments to the breakfast options offered. Small various buns are freshly made each morning. If you like sweet pastry, you have to be fast, otherwise you won't get any if the hotel is full. Free entry tickets to public pool are offered at the reception. Personnel is very friendly. (-) The blankets were short. I am not a tall person but even for me the blankets were not enough to cover myself. The hotel does not have restaurant onsite. Wi fi is free of charge and of a good speed. However, it requires a password and you have to confirm it every time when you login.
