Bei der Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass unsere Deluxe Zimmer nicht sauber war. Es waren Reste vom Vorgänger noch im Zimmer zu sehen, wie Haarnadeln auf dem Teppich, Haare im Waschbecken und Urinflecke im Bidet. Dieses haben wir dann an der Rezeption gemeldet, worauf uns auch die Chefin versichert hat, dass sich umgehend darum gekümmert wird. Leider ist dadurch der erste Eindruck (der am wichtigsten ist) nicht gut ausgefallen. Frühstück ist sehr gut, kommt jedoch darauf an wer Dienst hat. Schade wenn die Mitarbeiter die Gäste vertreiben, nur das sie weniger Arbeit haben oder dann Frühstückspausen machen können. Da uns die Auswahl an Essen im Restaurant nicht so zugestanden hat, war es schwierig etwas zum Abendessen zu finden und man hätte sich gewünscht, dass die Küche auf den Gast zukommt um gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden. Lieder waren wir nach 3 Tagen so enttäuscht, dass wir unseren Urlaub abgebrochen haben.
