The Bryn B&B

What a great find, val & chris run a lovely clean house with a great breakfast and nice surprise with drop scones and homemade jam to follow, Very friendly couple and very helpful with lots of info of surrounding area. Would stay again anytime.

We stopped over for one night on our way south. What a great choice The Bryn was. Val was very welcoming and gave us a great intro to Oswestry and possible places to eat. The room was super comfortable with everything you’d need. Great breakfast with Chris’s home made bread and Val’s blueberry pancakes. Chris and Val are a lovely couple running a lovely B&B which we’d thoroughly recommend

Overall good stay, only real issue being unable to take the paid for breakfast, would be a good idea to ensure breakfast times are stipulated pre booking as have been changed to a later (8am) start. Host did provide a wrapped sausage sandwich and drink though. Room comfortable with all amenities to a very good standard .

The Bryn is really the nicest and cleanest B&B we have ever stayed in. The hosts are very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious, all in all a very pleasant stay.

Chris and Val are excellent and friendly hosts and can provide you with a plethora of local information on places to visit and eat at. It was a pleasure to be able to stay with such a nice couple. The only thing to note is the Shower Room is a little tight but, you do not stay in the Shower Room and this should not put you off staying. Once again, thank you to Chris and Val especially for the excellent and plentifull breakfasts and scones.

Such warm and friendly hosts ready to welcome, it was a pleasure to stay here. The room was pretty and light with comfortable facilities including nice lotions in refillable containers, water, hot chocolate, kettle, hairdryer and so on. It is easy to walk into Oswestry or use this as a centre for further exploration. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. I fully recommend this very reasonably priced B and B.

My sister and I spent a night at The Bryn when visiting our home town. Val and Chris were unobtrusively good hosts and very friendly. We stayed in the separately accessed downstairs twin room which was spotless and comfy, with everything we needed and a few extras eg hairdrier and small fridge. The cul-de-sac location was very quiet and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. There was plenty of parking. As noted by others, breakfast was excellent and the blueberry drop scones were a lovely extra. Thank you, Val and Chris

A beautifully kept little gem of a place. Breakfast was delicious with home made jam and bread. Sorry i was here for 1 night only. The owners are lovely people and very keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
