Absolutely brilliant hotel everything was great from start to finish, one of my son's couldn't make it as I had booked two single bedded rooms, but they altered it to two kingsize bedded rooms which in my opinion was a bit better for us. The hotel room was spacious and clean, wifi excellent, and daily room cleaning and changing of towels excellent. The breakfast is reasonable ok if you like continental great waffle maker which my son loved and he is 21, so god knows how little children would feel they would love it. Very friendly reception staff and very helpful. Would recommend staying here close to the square with a few good shops. If you want to travel to Krakow get the little mini bus which is 12pln one way and the stop is opposite the unknown solider memorial takes about 1.5hrs. Overall brilliant stay at this hotel. Please stay here amazing. I booked this hotel mainly for convenience to get to Auschwitz for a 9.30am tour, but I also wanted to treat myself to the superior double room & the spa the evening before. Firstly, there were 2 single beds rather than a double (see photo) and they said sometimes in Poland a "double" refers to 2 singles. It's misleading and I find it odd they're not more clear, especially as they must've had similar complaints about this before, so beware! Secondly, I went down to the spa to spend time in the sauna and jacuzzi but the area was drafty because the door to a strange patio area was open. I think this is where the outdoor pool normally is but there was nothing there but a couple of chairs and an umbrella, so this was another let down. Thirdly, and the worst thing of all, was the breakfast. Awful all round, I've only ever had as bad a breakfast once before and that was in a Travelodge. The coffee was bland, the choice of food was limited, a lot of the spread was cheaply presented and nothing like the photos, so beware. Worst of all was the fruit which was rancid, literally. See my photo, it's quite unbelievable. Also, rather disappointingly, I was looking forward to having a pint in the cellar bar but I discovered it was only open certain evenings, I was gutted, nothing seemed to be going right here. The only reason I gave this 2 star rather than 1 was because of the dinner. I had purchased it as part of a package with the room and had it in a restaurant attached to the hotel. After reading the menu for a while the waitress told me I needed another menu for the package deal so of course I was suspicious. I've taken a photo of this menu as you should be aware the choice is limited. I ordered the zur, dumplings & tiramisu. For all I know it was all defrosted but to be fair it tasted really good, so this was a saving grace. Anyway, please beware of my points, its not a great hotel but it is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride to Auschwitz (1) so it is convenient, though there will be closer smaller hotels or B&B's that are a closer walking distance I'm sure. I have been totally transparent with this review and often I wish hotels could do the same, please don't be surprised if your stay is not as good as you expected.

Good hotel a little outside of Oswiecim! Selected the hotel because of the proximity to the Auschwitz museum (just across the street). Late arrival (10 pm) was no problem. Very obliging staff! Our room was quite large, nice and clean. Breakfast was basic but intercontinental and some food varied on our second morning. The food was tasty and there we options for both of us as we are both not vegetarian/vegan Parking was free as we were hotel guests. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel restaurant, so I can’t evaluate that. If you are looking for a good, clean and modern hotel in this area, this is the place to go

Easy and quick check-in, helpful staff. Literally across the road from the Auschwitz camp/museum. Very convenient. Free parking at the hotel. Good sized room and adequate bathroom. Was very clean and everything worked in the room. Good wifi. Buffet breakfast was good, and well stocked. Good choice of foods – limited hot food, but 2-3 choices of cereals, fruits, breads, cheese/meat, juices, etc. Restaurant is open all day and has very good food for dinner – we ate there both nights we stayed at this hotel – staff very friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend this hotel. Only complaint is that when booking this hotel online, although they quoted the price in PLN and said the payment would be taken from my credit card in PLN, they converted to Pounds sterling (my card's currency) and used a terrible rate. They denied it - but when we got to the hotel and they gave me the credit card slip, it clearly said they'd converted to GBP and that I'd been given the option of being charged in PLN or GBP and had chosen GBP. That is NOT TRUE - I'd asked to be charged in PLN, and they told me they had. Just beware of this trick (lots of businesses do it - because they can make extra money by converting at a really bad rate - i.e. bad for the customer, good for them!
