In addition, the view from the hotel room overlooking the harbor was wonderful. We were in a smaller condition, extra bed, in a not large room, but we were very comfortable. I think it's also because the door is thick or I can't hear the sound of other rooms at all. However, the bath in the room is small. Instead, the large communal bath on the top floor is not a hot spring, but the view is good and clean. It is also a good impression that the lockers that can be used were restricted so that they would not be crowded, probably because of corona measures. Breakfast buffet does not include fish * or crabs that tourists to Hokkaido are looking for. Still, it is delicious with local vegetables and Alice Farm jams. The menu is more Western than Japanese, but there are many warm foods and it warms up even in snowy Otaru. Thickly sliced bacon and steamed vegetables were very delicious. Also, the staff was young and I liked it very much even though it was crispy. The front desk staff guided me in the snow when I entered the parking lot. It was also active at the breakfast venue, so it seems that it will help where human hands are needed. It is also advanced as a business hotel that can calm down with a lot of new indirect lighting. We recommend that the husband of the corner-style liquor store, which is located at the edge of the arcade after dinner, is the most friendly and friendly if you drink a glass of sake. Is a very busy hotel, staffs in reception looks tired all the times 😅 (no greeting upon check in no good bye upon go out). But the hotel itself is worth 5 stars. - location opposite JR station 5 stars - walking distance to Otaru canal 5 stars - Onsen available with small treats / amenities (microwave) very thoughtful more than 5 stars - room sound / noise proof is very good. Can’t hear the noice from corridor or next door or top room ( which I have this sound issue at other hotels when staying in other Hokkaido hotel for 10 days ) - recommended hotel will come back again

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

Great stay at Hotel Torifito! The lady who served us was extremely helpful. It was raining when we checked in and she helped us bring our baggage into our rooms and offered to lend us umbrellas! She also told us to park opposite the hotel for more affordable parking! (1100 yen for 24h). The hotel room was very new, bright, clean and spacious too. Will stay here again when we come back to Otaru!

Good location, good views. About 5minutes walk from Otaru station. This hotel serves good breakfast, wide selection of food. Must eat the milk pudding which is in the buffet spread. The restaurant allow customers to have coffee take away too. The service staffs are courteous. Tho the hotel is old, rooms are well maintained and toilet are renew. Bath tub are well cleaned. Only problem is the bed sheets have stains on our first day stay. But all are good after it is changed.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-quality experience. Can't wait for my next visit!

８ １ night in early month. Green Hotel → Smile Hotel → The Green I have returned to the original hotel name. I stayed at the dormitory in the annex. However, it is not a large room, but a private room with a simple wall １ Tsubo weak. Perhaps to prevent the spread of the new corona infection, the simple wall is now extended to the ceiling. Therefore, the air conditioner was not hot and it was not ventilated. It is close to Otaru Station and is a good location about ５ minutes walk to the Otaru Canal. １ 2,000 yen including tax per night. I think it's the best cost performance for cheap travelers.

I stayed for 3 nights this time and the boss was considerate and upgraded me to a double room. Thank you very much! The courtyard has a very family Japanese classical garden atmosphere, which is different from the feeling of an ordinary hotel. It is nice to have hand-brewed coffee in the public area. The boss is very nice and communicates entirely in Chinese, so there is no need to worry about language communication.

Hezhifeng is a simple homestay, and even the basic equipment is not met. The entrance to the homestay is very remote and it is easy to mess with the underground bathhouse. However, the owner of the homestay was very kind and talked to me, a Japanese messenger, and had a very pleasant encounter.

The stay in OMO5 was an excellent experience. Start from reception arranging us where to park our car, to details of helping us to arrange restaurant was very touching and appreciated.
