Beautiful place! Lots of flowers and fruit trees! Owner is very friendly and responsive! Breakfast is simple but adequate! Great stay!

Everything was great overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many food options nearby. But we chose this place because we wanted to see the glowworms at night and preferred not to drive after dark, so it worked out well for us.

Beautiful bed and breakfast located in a quiet area of Waitomo. The rooms are well appointed, shared spaces are kept clean by responsible and respectful guests. Overall a welcoming and pleasant stay.

The room was clean and the view in front of us was amazing. We could see the sun rising beautifully from the room. The breakfast was also delicious.

I decided to stay here while looking for a place to stay to see glow worms on a rental car trip. It was a great choice! The mascot Labrador welcomed me. I checked in around 4pm, but no one was there yet, so I was able to relax in the clean shared bathtub. The room had a nice New Zealand homey feel. There was a public golf course nearby, so I would have liked to play if I had had the time. However, there is nothing around, so it's better to stop by a supermarket before staying.

The room is clean, but you can hear the sound of cars passing by the main road at night, and you can feel the vibration. It may be because our family room is close to the road.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Room layout, Toiletries, Nearby shops, Safety; I highly recommend not booking this hotel. Seven rooms share one bathroom... There are three small towels hanging outside... We arrived at nine o'clock in the evening. The landlord did not transfer the voicemail on the phone at all, but left a cat... All the tenants' names were written on the small I claimed it myself on the blacklist, and there were seven rooms in a house, and there was no food and I didn’t know where to find food. We two girls can only find a safer and more hygienic B&B nearby. This money is wasted...

The environment is very good and the orchard is so beautiful. The host is very polite and waits until breakfast to ask the guests how they feel.
