Very clean and comfortable. I will choose to stay here again next time I come to Ottawa. Stayed in May 2025. The room and service exceeded expectations for this price.

The landlord's service is good and attentive. Although the facilities are relatively old, the room is big enough. There are large supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. I feel that the price/performance ratio is good.

Husband and I stayed here for a night. Needed a place to stay as our friend couldn't accommodate us and we were gonna have a few drinks.
The room was clean and spacious. Manny was thorough with instructions, and very kind. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in the queen room with ensuite. It was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. We used the kitchen facilities for coffee, tea & cooked breakfast & it had everything we needed. The place was very quiet, and the neighbourhood seemed very safe.
