I recently stayed at Sheraton Ottawa with my family, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room condition was below expectations, and the washroom was clogged, which caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay. Moreover, the room service was slow and unresponsive, which added to the frustration. Considering Sheraton’s reputation, we were hoping for better cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving facilities and service quality to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Very good hotel, position is excellent, walking distance to centre. Service good, but reception is small and rooms are stilish but not as modern as Sheraton in central EU for example.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the location was perfect. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit.

A short walk from Parliament Station, the Sheraton gave us a spacious room. However, there was no kettle to boil water for tea - we used the coffee maker instead. There was some kind of problem with the pipes in the wall, meaning a shopvac had to be left running in the hallway outside our room 24hr/d. The carpet in our closet next to the bathroom was always soaked, probably because of the problem. Perhaps because it was near Centretown, we had one or two homeless or disturbed people on the sidewalks near the hotel. This made it uncomfortable for me to approach with my children because of their random mutterings and throwing of drink bottles. However this only happened twice during our weeklong stay. Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, and sharply dressed.
