Good location. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Parliament Buildings. Room was big and confortable. Room amenities were excellent. Breakfast could be improved, Ej.: Too many unnecessary food containers that take space on small dining room furniture could be modernized.

The room is very comfortable, clean and kitchen well equipped. The hotel also has free guest laundry. Breakfast is also excellent.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the room is full of amenities including a pc in case you need. The room was clean and new, bed could have been a bit more comfortable. In any case I really recommend.

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, willing to bend over backwards to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are surprisingly large, and even though they are oddly laid out (this must have been an apartment building at some time in its past) and the style is not at all modern, they are clean and have virtually everything you could possibly need, with extensive balconies showcasing some of the best of the city. The continental breakfast offerings are some of the best I've ever had; fresh. plentiful, varied, tasty, and available for a reasonable duration of time every morning. There is even parking onsite; the only drawback is that it's paid parking, and not cheap at that, but considering its location it's some of the best prices in the city. I have been twice now and I will come back as often as I can!
