The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to the Parliament. The reception staff were very accommodating, and while the hallway was a bit dark, it had a pleasant scent. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The property also offers great amenities like a gym and a game room. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

The room was a bit small, and the window faced directly into another building. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the air conditioning was quite loud, with a strong draft, kicking on and off throughout the night. However, the staff were wonderful – very friendly and made us feel welcome. Despite the room issues, I might still consider staying here again.

A really nice stay. The adjacent / attached bistro offering is on its way to being really good. A few tweaks are needed to the menu and presentation.The staff were super though. Noise from the lobby traveling up the atrium was intrusive. Especially, but not exclusively, when Christmas parties are being hosted. The downside of rooms being around an atrium the world over 🤷♂️

The hotel gave me the lowest floor of the room, which was very uncomfortable and noise along night. The shower was very low pressure and took me a long time to wash myself. Overall, I never recommend this location.

Lovely historic building that feels different from your average "nice" hotel. Deco is classy and distinctive, and the basketball court is a big plus for a player like me - though the hoop was somewhat crooked. Two ping pong tables too. Will definitely come back next time I need a stay in Ottawa.

Great location, service was a bit on and off, as staff was not always the most helpful. In any case, I'd definitely recommend over other choices nearby. I'll definitely stay again, and hope that meanwhile staff is a bit more professional.

Please note that the hotel is noisy by design. It's nice, but noisy, even very noisy. The staff is very attentive to this issue.

The hotel is on the roadside and the door is relatively low-key. You should pay attention to it. The room is clean but not particularly spacious. After all, the location in the center of Ottawa is really good and it is very convenient to travel. Basically, the surrounding landmarks and buildings can be reached on foot.

The hotel, which was renovated from an old house, has an overall artistic feel, but the smell of the new decoration is still there, so please consider it carefully if you are concerned. The location is convenient, the room is not very big, and the feeling of being served is not obvious.
