I had a great stay here. The hotel and room were clean, the staff friendly, and the hot tub and pool well maintained.

Clean and liked having a kitchen as longer stay.   Traffic around the hotel can be brutal and not really close to much other than the ***** mall which has many restaurants.  Good as long as have vehicle and patience to manage the traffic

The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts.

The hotel was impressive. Located close to the airport and also the sports complex we were attending. There was dining on site but also many other restaurants nearby. The room was well appointed, attractive and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
