The environment is great, and the facilities are quite new. Having a walk-in shower is a big plus (most Canadian hotels have bathtubs). The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, where I bought a lot of clothes at half price! 👍👍

The service was great, the staff would send you a welcome text message and u could simply ask or inquiry any needs via text. I like that efficient and effective service. Besides, their breakfast bundle was worth trying. You can feel the kitchen staff prepared all food full of passion and very considerate in thinking in customers’ shoes.

The room was very clean and super close to the outlets, making it the perfect choice for a shopping trip. You can walk right over to the outlets, and sometimes you can even find some great deals at the Ottawa outlets, definitely worth a visit, haha!

We stay at this hotel everytime we're in West Ottawa/Kanata. Very conveniently located and close to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are quite professional. Also, as we enter the hotel lobby, they always have a a pleasant smell and its quite comfortable.

I checked in on a Monday. The hotel is clean and quite. Front desk staff are very friendly. With a swimming pool which opens until 10:30pm. Also provide continental breakfast. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and a microwave inside the room but surprisingly without providing a kettle. Still you can get hot water easily from the restaurant. Location is good and very close to a shopping centre/outlet. Would recommend it.

I found the breakfast was not great. The sausages were burnt. There was a lack of plates and not enough seating for the guests at breakfast. The luggage carts were not great either, I've had better.
