Spacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

Everything was great specifically the girl at the front desk was awesome, she helped us when we had a problem with the door lock of our room, we tried everything but could not open it I guess the battery was dead. She was very helpful, whenever I would visit Ottawa I would definitely like to stay at the same hotel. Her name is Navneet I want to give her 10 stars, thanks Navneet.

Very nice hotel; like a brand new hotel.
The room was spacious, clean and with a nice view.
The breakfast was great.
Our kids has enjoyed the swimming pool.
This hotel will my first choice for my next trip to Ottawa ❤️

Location is away from the city Centre. Room is small after placing 2 beds. The air conditioner is so noisy. The complimentary breakfast is decent with cornflakes, eggs, yogurt and fruits. The so called swimming pool is so small and packed with kids. Plenty of free car park at the hotel beyond the remote area.
