Welcome to my home. This gorgeous apartment is a short walk from Ottawa's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the Byward Market. The unit has two large bedrooms with a King and Queen bed, a full kitchen, and a dining area. Its spacious living room has a Queen sofa bed and a 55” smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. Please note that we have a STRICT NO PARTY policy to remain respectful of our neighbors. The Space: This 2-bed apartment is brand new, with new furniture, a stocked kitchen, and an upgraded bathroom. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and the benefits of being in such a central downtown location. The King and Queen bed are very comfortable and the 55" smart TV comes with Netflix. We also have electric fireplaces in all the units, plus high-tech digital locks along with security cameras for the perimeter. We offer on-site parking for $20/day. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. There is also paid parking nearby at 189 Dalhousie Street (8 minute walk). Please note the apartment is located on the second floor and going up the stairs is required for access. Guest Access: You'll have complete access to the full apartment.
