Our stay (our first) was fantastic! Check in to retrieve building and parking fobs and room keys was clearly communicated and very smooth and easy. Parking was a breeze underground. Our room was stunning with a balcony, kitchen with amenities and supplies and bedroom with bath. The building is quiet and solid. Clear instructions are great Ben with key pickup on how to get assistance if needed. Washer and dryer was a real plus! Lots of closet and drawer and shelf space. Can’t wait to go back!

Clean and comfortable, had issues with the tumble dryer, may have been user error. I wanted to get an extra day parking and just by message to the contact the pass was delivered to my room before I got there.

Great location and very nice to have a kitchenette. No reception or visible onsite staff but that worked well for us, just something to be aware of. Great view of the city from our room. Furniture was mostly comfortable but nothing extraordinary. I would stay here again for the price we were able to get for it.

I'll definitely be back when I'm in Ottawa.
Good size for a one bedroom.
Location made it easy to walk and see all the sites.
Slept very comfortably.
Beautiful view of the city from the bedroom to the living/dining room.

Loved having a clothes washing machine and dryer. Enjoyed being able to walk to the downtown area and numerous places of interest. For international guests it'd be terrific if there were instructions on how to use the cable TV (and/or the ability to cast from our phones or use streaming services we're already subscribed to).
Clearer instructions on what to do with keys at checkout would be appreciated.

Very nice and spacious for an excellent price. Temp was perfect, big windows, lots of closet space, comfortable bed and sofa. Well furnished kitchen (but bring your salt and pepper). Add to that a bbq area with tables and you are all set. The pool is on the smaller size but we enjoyed it and it was enough to get a good swim or playtime for a 12yo.and we often were the only ones there even though it was quite hot outside. Grocery store, pharmacy, LCBO, convenience store all very close. Walkable distance from Parliement, Spark street and By market or Rideau centre and a lovely walk at that. Communicated once with the establishment,there was no wait and the woman i talked to was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely recommend
