"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or requests."

"The room was converted from two apartments. There are two bedrooms for three people, each with a large bed. There is also a simple kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. It is very cozy. The breakfast is also OK, with eggs, meat, fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, various breads and cakes, etc. The location is also very good, close to the attractions. The overall feeling is good. The only problem is that there is no parking space in front of the hotel, and you need to park at your own expense, 15 yuan a day"

"The service was great. They offered us cookies when we checked in and they tasted fresh. The room keys worked and the room was clean. The breakfast was a good assortment of products and tasted great. The kids enjoyed the waffles and the fresh fruits."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location and the room is full of amenities including a pc in case you need. The room was clean and new, bed could have been a bit more comfortable. In any case I really recommend."

"A particularly good check-in experience. The front desk is friendly. They can cook, which solves the embarrassment of not being able to find food on Christmas Eve. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. This is the only drawback."

"I expected more from Glö than I received. I chose Glö as a ”treat” for a couple's getaway, as it was a newer hotel and appeared like it would be snazzier than the usual fare. Pros: The bathroom was very nice, and the complimentary toiletries are top notch. The rooms are very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size. Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, and while they are nicely furnished, the tiny ”couch” seat was more form than function (i.e. prettier than it was comfortable). The front desk staff seemed very new and clueless on basic hospitality essentials, like how to work the in-room television. It also took ages for a response from front desk on how to work the TV and the issue wasn't even resolved. I probably will not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone I know, as there are so many hotels to choose from in Kanata that offer better, more knowledgeable service and better pricing."

"The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts."

"The hotel is just strategically positioned, close to the airport and downtown. it is just in the middle. Breakfast is good and there are a variety of options. The Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, are very spacious and items are replenished daily. Staff are welcoming and very ready to help at any time. The area is quite too though the facility is on a busy street. I would recommend everyone I know to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Ottawa."

"The hotel is a little old and the elevator is slow. Then when he booked, he said it was a standard room, but when he checked in, he directly allocated the standard room, saying that they arranged it like this. Everything else is fine, there is a Costco around, and there is a takeaway Chinese food, which is very convenient."
