The rooms here are wonderful! Very clean and warm. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Recommend staying here any time you are in Ouray!

If I ever come back to ouray I will always stay only at this place. The rooms are lovely. 2 king size beds and clean restrooms I have ever seen in any inn or hotel. And the receptionist Lolly is one of a kindest human. She had used her own money out of passion for her work and decorated the entire place on a tight budget and made it look too good for Xmas. I regret only staying a night here as I had booked another place for 6 other nights in Ouray before knowing about this place. Lolly was so friendly and we had the best breakfast ever with healthy options and unhealthy tasty options. I will only come back to this place if I stay in Ouray. Hope they keep this place same level of pretty clean and friendly.

The hot springs inn has no hot springs or a working hot tub, how disappointing. I paid 150 in advance for the room only to discover that a room was 119 if you just drive up and get one. I feel cheated. I go to Ouray often but will never stay there again

The inn is quite charming. First time I've used that expression.
The view from the 2nd floor overlooking the creek was wonderful. Two very nice king beds. They are firm and i like that. The hubs not so much, but everyone is different. Pillows for me were too soft, but again, personal preference.
The is a 2mile riverwalk on the south side of the inn.
I think her name is wendy, sorry if I'm wrong. She handles the front desk. Gave us great info on a hot springs a little up the road. Had a fabulous.time.
We want to make this our quiet getaway before the holidays.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to town. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was great.

Really nice being on the river so enjoyed the view, white noise at night as we slept w/the window open, and a long walk along the river. Had a nice fake fireplace which added to the ambiance and charm of this alittle rustic yet updated conveniences. Would definitely stay here again !

Very beautifully located right on the river. Walking around the 2 mile perimeter of the river is a highlight in fall. Rooms are big and comfy. Loved our stay. Breakfast is better somewhere in town and btw, the hot springs are in walking distance.

The room was very large and we enjoyed the balcony over looking the river. It would have been nice if the barrier was more see through to enhance our view of the river.
