Great place cozy beds

I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport.

This property was very clean, the bed was amazing, and the room was spacious, clean, and the refrigerator had a small freezer compartment, which is not usual in most hotels. It was also extremely convenient for where we needed to be and was surrounded by several fast food places to eat, as well as a convenience store. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were not always cooked well. Should we need to be in this area again, we will definitely stay here.

From check in to check out everything was very pleasant. The room was clean and had a desk and 3 chairs.

Do not reserve a room if you are needing a shuttle to the airport. I reserved a room at this hotel specifically because of the shuttle. I had an international flight leaving the following morning, and had trouble getting the shuttle coordinated with the desk associate. My flight was leaving at 6:30 and the associate told me we will leave at 6:00. The hotel was 15 minutes away so that would not allow me enough time to get through TSA and find my gate. After some back and forth we agreed to 5:00. I went back down to ask a question about the shuttle and was met by a different associate. At first I was told that they are not offering a shuttle, and he also mentioned that I should’ve told them at check in that I needed a shuttle. I proceeded to let him know that I did tell his coworker. I mentioned that I had an agreed upon time with a different associate he retracted his statement. Instead of asking more questions, he told me that they only shuttle at 6:00 and 9:00. After that I told him to forget about the shuttle and I’d find a ride elsewhere. Both desk associates were rude through out the entire time I spoke with them. Not worth your time.

We arrived and checked in. We went to the car and grabbed our bags. When we went back in, the desk clerk stopped me and said someone was in the room I had reserved. But ge was going to give us a suite for no extra charge. I asked if it had a king sized bed. He just kept saying it was a suite and better. I kept telling him i wanted a king bed. He would not listen. Just kept saying suite and gave us new key cards. I don't care about a suite. We don't need a hot plate and fridge. I was very unhappy with this stay. It wasn't my fault they screwed up. He told me i wouldn't want that room anyway because the people in there were really dirty.

The tv in my room don't work i told them a nd do anything thing the employees they have diferents price because i stay extra night one give 70 dollar and the other Person 100 dls

Couldn't connect to Wifi & staff was not helpful, actually quite rude when I went to the desk for help.
