Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills

Hotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time.

My experience was terrible. I told manager about the cleanliness and the shower not working properly. I hope to gain some type of compensation.

The hotel receptionist was awesome, the room was clean and large. The breakfast was warm and the overall stay was pleasant. I’d definitely stay again.

Room was clean I would not stay on first floor again they leave the music playing all night and way to loud

Some people are very kind and nice. But someone wouldn't allow us to check in an hour earlier sayin rooms are still being cleaned but when we got there the room wasn't that clean, there was hair in the bathroom and it stank! But worst of the bad amenities and really really bad PLUMBING - when I was in the shower the drain is so slow and I was almost up to my knees I need to stop showering to wait fo the water to drain before I can Continue showering! I understand it's an old hotel but they gotta work on the plumbing and improve it before getting more customers!!!!!

The room was dated but clean. The big problem i had was how loud it was. Walls were so thin it sounded like someone in the room above me was unzipping a suitcase literally next to my ear. My neighbor across the hall was listening to TV at what I'm sure was a perfectly acceptable volume but i could still hear it loud and clear. Wouldn't stay again for this reason, but staff was super friendly and the rate was excellent. Isolated from restaurants/ services and almost no room service options, also.
