Hampton Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills

Arrived on a Tuesday, the room was ready minus a shower curtain. Quickly resolved and the rest of the trip was problem free. Clean comfortable property. Staff, particularly Angel and Stanley were welcoming, professional and accommodating.

This hotel has gone way downhill over last few years. None of the five machines in the health center worked! I asked to go to the Hilton next door...and same thing--no machines worked! Staff was unwilling to discuss any accommodations or other solutions. Manager was unavailable every time I asked--I left my phone number and and he didn't reach out to me at his own leisure. Breakfast is middling. Rooms are small with few amenities. There are never any mobile-accessible rooms available. It's often noisy. It's just not worth the money anymore. It's too bad, b/c I have been going here 2-3 times a year for the last five or so years. Home2Suites or Marriott is where I will be staying from now on.

We've stayed here many times. Stephanie and Stanley always make us feel like family!! Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable!!

My stay was great the staff was very nice but the breakfast was not so good. Other that that it was a 5/5.

This is the kind of place that meets or even slightly exceeds expectations. Rooms are clean and simple, beds are a little uncomfortable. Breakfast is decent but wont knock your socks off. All around ok, price is a little steep for what you get.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly. She made me pay a $150 deposit but wouldn’t explain why, just that it would be returned to me when we checked out. At checkout, I couldn’t understand her when I asked for return of the deposit.

I LOVED the pillows!!! So comfortable! I am used to goose down and never comfortable with hotel pillows. I brought my own with me but didn’t need it! The concierge who checked us in and out was friendly and welcoming! Breakfast and coffee were good. Our only small problem was that the outlet on one side of the bed didn’t work so my husband couldn’t charge his phone in that spot which wasn’t a big deal. Because of their comfortable pillows, I will purposefully look for Hampton Inn hotel rooms when traveling!

Parking was great. Breakfast was just okay. I was hoping for more options and better quality.
