I would like to thank the Manager Stephanie specifically. She helped me from day one of what I was going through with selling and buying a house. Stephanie accommodated me with the things I needed. She was very responsive and understood my stress. Thank you so much Stephanie. In addition, the rooms were great, clean, up to date. The staff was wonderful as well. Even the breakfast was good. In the future when I need a staycation, this will be my go-to.

Staff was all friendly and the hotel was nice and clean with a wonderful breakfast. My only mild complaints are the WiFi was a bit spotty and the rooms are not very soundproof and our hallway had some noisy guests. But over all had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Was very bothered that the reception area required us to pay a “Service Charge” for using a credit card!! Hotels prefer to use a credit card these days. NO OTHER hotel asks for that. We stayed at another Holiday Inn Express right from there & never did they ask for that.

The sheets had hair on them and the bathroom floor. I had to get new sheets & I cleaned the bathroom myself as a guest

The smell in the rooms is a little off to our first room, but I asked to be move due to window being faced right at the parking lot on first floor. Our second room on fourth floor was much better and smelled better as well. So my only concern changed would be is to make sure the rooms don’t smell old mildewy when you guys have guest coming in.
