Hotel New Kashiwa

Rather than looking for the bad points, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay near Oyama Station, I think this is sufficient for your purpose.

I stayed here after a drinking party with old friends. First of all, the location is perfect. It's a one-minute walk from the station. The sign was large and easy to spot. Next, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Also perfect. The Indian female staff member had a great smile and worked very hard. Finally, the price in these times is also perfect. I was very grateful. Incidentally, the hotel building itself is old and a bit dark, but the bedding had clean sheets and the bathroom was excellent. I recommend this place for solo male travelers on a budget!

The hotel staff provided excellent assistance. The location was quiet, allowing me to relax. Thank you.

It was cheap and the location was good, but the restaurant downstairs was quite noisy until closing time. You can hear quite a lot of noise. Other than that, it was good. There were quite a few restaurants nearby.

Although the hotel is far from the station, it is good value for money and is sufficient for just staying overnight. It would be even better if the toilet and bath were inside the room.

It was conveniently located in front of the station.
