Parking outside besides the hotel, room is ok and clean. The best are the amenities ( bowling, spa, restaurant, bars, squash, gym ). Good breakfast and nice staff. I didn’t have time to visit the city so I don’t know if there is something relevant to visit.

Another lovely stay in this hotel. The staff as usual very helpful and polite. The room was quiet, warm and very clean. The lovely choice of food for breakfast - everybody will be happy and leave the restaurant with full tummy. I have to admit I had a chance to eat an absolutely amazing dinner there - spinach, rice and fillet of cod. Bravo to the chef.

We stayed with my wife for nice weekend in the hotel. That was great choice. Nice and comfortable room and excelent cuisine and service! The final additional point was very good gym and swimming pool! Have a fun!

Very short but wonderful stay! We had a chance to enjoy my the pool, saunas, bowling and Przedzalnia restaurant. Food was top class as well as the drinks. On top of that we had a gorgeous view from the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful - thank You for having us.

I first visited the hotel about 4 years ago and every time I'm in Pabianice this is my place to go (this was my 3rd visit this year); it feels like home; the staff are extremely professional. friendly and nothing is ever an issue. Yes, you do need to ask for your room to be serviced and even then it's not done too well; the housekeeping simply folded the duvet on my bed, without even straightening the sheets and pillows and left fresh towels in the bathroom; but..............frankly i didn't mind that; i stayed in the hotel on business and it delivered all I needed; breakfast was very good - large selection of food, all well presented and very tasty; dinner was equally nice; my special thanks to Malgorzata M who always makes my visits special; the hotel is definitely the ONLY place to go when you are in town

My second time at this hotel and hopefully not my last. Fantastic service, friendly staff and excellent room. Breakfast and meals are of a high standard. My go to place in Pabianice. Would definitely recommend.

I stay in Fabryka Welny at least once a year and I always go back. My holiday wouldn't be the same without it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself offers good spacious rooms full of character. If you want to stay somewhere more peaceful I would highly recommend it.

We engoyed our stay in Fabryka Welny. The apartment was comfortable and really spacious. There were some noises in ventilation at night. The restaurants have a wide offer and tasty dishes, but the waiting time was quite long. Swimming pool is nicely located on the last (3rd) floor. I recommend the hotel, however if you want to combine staying there with visiting Lodz, you need to calculate the distance (around 30 minutes).

The best hotel for a business trip in Pabianice and the Lodz region. I was here only one night but everything was excellent. Location, parking, welcome, room, cleanliness, service. There is a large swimming pool on the top floor. I will definitely use the hotel's services again.

It was our second time at the hotel and we loved the cosy atmosphere, nice pool and great food. The staff might not be very well-trained, but they're polite and definitely try their best to meet clients' needs. Can truly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Additionally, it's worth seeing the Aflopark, which is a beautiful garden located in Pabianice as well (7 minutes by car from the hotel)

Very good package, full of attractions. The staff has got a customer in the centre of the heart. I also recommend to visit the park/ garden and the art gallery which belong to the hotel (6-7 minutes by car).

I bought a women's weekend at the Fabryka Wełny hotel. We had many attractions in the package. In fact, we had little free time. I cannot write anything negative about the hotel. Great service, I haven't seen such a good approach to the customer for a long time. Very good standard. Everywhere clean. Pool great. Quality at every step is much higher than in other hotels, sports clubs or SPA salons. Even the food was a plus. High-quality products. I am sure that I will come back to the Fabryka Wełny Hotel.

We found the restaurant rather expensive and we did not understand the style. No real options for plant based guests. The service odd less client oriented. To go to the gym, guests need to pass through the restaurant. The spa is good for 6 persons maximum.

Over all we had a good time in this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, 3 adults, 1 infant and a dog. They stated "pet friendly" but we couldn't get anywhere with the dog, and had to stay, eat, and chill in the reception area, as nowhere else they have accepted a pet. Restaurant was highly overpriced, food 3.4/5. Nice swimming pool, comfortable saunas. Due to storms and strong winds outside we had to stay in the hotel. There is no kids zone/game room in the entire hotel. Bedrooms - very different in sizes (we have checked 3). On the second day we found...silverfish in our bedroom. Hotel staff and customer service was sometimes good, sometimes poor (rude), but over all (80%) very friendly. I'd stay there again, but without the dog and would eat out.

The hotel in genaral is pretty good, facilities on highest standard but... The air conditioning in rooms does not change a thing - it was extremly hot in the rooms - not only in ours (our friends on different floor on different side of the hotel had the same problem). Staff on the reception and room service were very polite but those and the restaurants were somewhow inpolite and unprofessional. Waiter in the "fancy" restaurant treated us like a guests of second category - he had problem with everything and we had to wait extremely long for our dishes. Waitress in the main restaurant tried to take our plates while we were eating (asking if we already finished). This is pretty strange when you look at prices - it was very expensive as for such meals. The pool and the spa were great and especially the life guard who was extremely helpful (very nice older man).
