En toda nuestra estancia no pudimos descansar, pues nos toco escuchar todo lo del bar de enfrente, en el baño no había colgador de toallas, las sabanas estaban manchadas, demasiado tiempo de espera en elevadores para entrar o salir del hotel, mis papas que reserve otra habitación de 1 sola cama king, y era matrimonial, son personas grandes y no pudieron descansar.

They put me in a room that Was With a lots of noise, After Six Hours, they change my Room and I cannot walk too much, so I was a little bit annoying

Do not stay here. WARNING
Leak in my room. Went I came back at night my clean clothes were wet because a leak in the ceiling. Beds were not made, no toilet paper. No hot water because power went off. No refund was offered at least for the night of all those incidents. No empathy from the staff as I explained what was going on. At 11pm I had to switch rooms. There is no carts to carry your luggage and no help. Remote control in both rooms kept acting up and twice I had to have someone go check it out.
******* gave me a small credit because the hotel did not offered anything.
It is very loud at nights.
