Great location (close to 17 Mile Drive and other scenic spots), spacious, clean and cozy rooms, family-friendly inn with sufficient parking spaces. Offering simple but nice complimentary breakfast. Excellent guest service before, during and after the stay. A special thank you note to the day and night staff who patiently assisted with the FedEx delivery arrangement for delivery of a lost item to another city. Would love to come back and stay again!

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious. Actually there is also a little kitchen inside the room. The breakfast variety was enough. There were boiled eggs, waffles, jam. There were lots of parking spaces. The beds are comfortable. Stuff were nice.

it was a great stay

Great location! Service was great, facilities were very clean and well kept. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and both stays were flawless! No real complaints. The stay came with a great "deluxe" continental breakfast with Belgian waffle maker/breakfast sandwiches/cereals/juices/fruit etc. We will be coming back in the future. Love the area it is in. Very quiet as well. Sounds of the ocean, all night long. Highly recommend.

Great hotel for families

Don't expect the facilities in American hotels to be brand new and smart, but this one is also among the most outdated. It's just quite big, with two TVs. Although there is a kitchen, tableware and a refrigerator, there are no seasonings, which is just a decoration. The location is less than 10 minutes drive from the city, which is quite convenient. The surrounding ecology is very good, and deer and squirrels are often seen.

A very special hotel. The hotel is equivalent to contracting an entire community and turning it into a hotel. The rooms on the first floor have fireplaces, balconies, restaurants, and living rooms, just like the homes of locals. The car can be parked directly downstairs, which is very convenient for entry and exit. It is a very interesting experience. The Indian at the front desk was too casual. At first, I was given a room type that was not the one I booked, and then I opened the room and found someone inside. The second time I changed the room, I was given a room card that could not open the door. I was speechless. However, there is no elevator in the three-story building, so it is painful to move luggage, and the facilities are relatively not that new.

The hotel is a series of three-story white villas. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up by yourself. The rooms are clean and tidy, fully equipped and very large. The bathroom has a dry and wet separation and is also very large. It is quiet and comfortable to live in. You can experience it when you pass by Monterey.

Except for the fact that the deposit refund at the front desk took a little time to resolve, the overall hotel experience was great, from the service to the location of the facilities, it was great and really worthy of praise!

The hotel is quite friendly, the shampoo, bath and skin care products are very good and taste good. It is in a remote place, quiet and safe, but it is not far from the center of the town by car. There are good Chinese restaurants in the town. The most worthwhile place to go is the Seventeen Mile Scenic Beach, which is more than 2 kilometers long and very beautiful. It is definitely worth going. It costs 12 US dollars to enter the scenic area.

The hotel is full of villas, one on each floor. The rooms are super large, with two large beds in the inner and outer rooms, one 1.8m and one 1.5m. The floor height is also high, and it is very comfortable to live in. You can park your car downstairs for convenience. The breakfast is a bit too simple, there is no bacon, sausage or egg, but there are small hamburgers that taste good. The area around the hotel is very quiet. I encountered 3 deer on the way out for a walk in the morning. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. Many people will take their dogs for a walk. When passing by, they smile and say good morning. It feels good.

The room is large and very clean. There is a small yard and a kitchen with complete kitchenware, so you can cook for yourself. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but you can eat enough.

This is the most cost-effective stop on this Highway 1 trip. We stayed here for three nights. 17 Mile is only a 5-minute drive away, which is convenient for Big Sur and Carmel. It is a 10-minute walk to the Sunset Trail. When the weather is good, many wild deer come out for a walk. The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook a big meal. There is no bacon for breakfast, but it is enough to fill you up.

The rooms are in small buildings, and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the room. A simple breakfast is provided. The location is very close to the 17-mile entrance, and it is basically just a turn away.
