Spent a sleepless night because the room had zero soundproofing. I could hear people walking, talking and smashing their doors in the middle of the night in the hallway as if they were in my room. Breakfast was underwhelming, instead I was extremely impressed by the gym nearby that all guests can use freely.

Although the rooms are clean, the choice of the breakfast buffet was limited. The experience was not good. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, that’s 9 orders of the booking. We placed a maintenance order for the lighting in one of our rooms in the second morning after breakfast. When we returned from the city tour at 23:00 at that night, we checked the reception. The man replied OK with COOL & IMPOLITE voice. So what we could do was back to our room & checked. The immediate answer was “EVERYTHING DOWN” without any remedial work until we asked for another room for exchange at mid-night. We finally had another room for exchange after his 30 minutes checking.

Everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very helpfull and the night was very peacfull The breakfast was perfect, with a lot of variety and everything was very fresh

Friendly helpful staff and we enjoyed a good 2 night stay. The hotel is a little tired in places but the room was spacious, bed comfortable and room clean. Plenty of free parking & the reception staff provided details of local restaurants. The Italian within walking distance served good food at a reasonable price.

The hotel is close to the airport and easy access to highway. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The environment was average, and the service was just okay. The breakfast was decent, though.

The hotel was great. The location was amazing. The only downside was their bathrooms. The drainage was so bad. The water stayed there and didn’t drain. It was a big problem

We were charged an extra 30 euros for our child at check-in, even though I'd clearly indicated 2 adults and a 15-year-old when booking on Trip.com. Apparently, the booking was only for two guests. The hotel itself is pretty decent and conveniently located for travelers. Breakfast was quite basic, with no hot options, but adequate.

Great hotel in a peaceful location, with good food and extremely helpful staff.

Breakfast was decent. It is far from the Lisbon city center and airport. The cleanliness and service was top notch. The rooms were good enough. Very clean.

Holiday Inn Express always a good breakfast with sufficient variety of food, drinks and fruits. It is not far from the city center of Lisbon. We just called Uber to and from the hotel and city center and it costed around 20 euros for each trip. However if it provides washing machine and dryer, it definitely adds credit to the hotel.

Good overall need improving building

Small, very soft double bed. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Large, free outdoor parking lot. Underground parking available for €5 per day. Public slow charging station underground (normal public network cost).
