Can't recommend this hotel enough. A truly delightful experience from check in to check out. The friendly staff were always smiling and making sure our experience here was of the highest standard, especially Alfano who appears to have been born to be a hotel manager. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the ocean, surrounding jungle and the sprawling city of Padang. The food was great in the restaurants and the basement bar and pool room was a great way to relax with cold beers and a game of billiards. Definitely coming back.

Fast check in process, clean room, food was delicious - delicious, there was a bakery shop which was delicious too, close to the city center, and the view from the pool was lovely because it was directly to the sea.
