good location, parking area is good, service is ok, breakfast is so so

Great location for Antelope Canyon tour. Heated pool and hot tub was a plus. Breakfast is what you would expect for hotel breakfast.

Clean room, very good location if you will visit the lower antelope just 15 min by car.

Most unpleasant staff ever seen. The lady at the checking was rude to all customers not only me. We complained because the pool was not open even though this was showing as open and she didn’t care and replied with very bad manners. There were workers at the pools going through renovation and they did not advise that anywhere.

The room was nice, and the front desk was very polite and easy to communicate with. However, there was no wifi on the first day of stay. When I asked the front desk, they said it might be a problem with the whole town. The second day, there was wifi but the speed was very slow. In addition, the bedding looked old and gray, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Convenient for travel, not far from the scenic spot by car, the time for watching sunrise and sunset can be controlled. There are fast food restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping after playing. The hotel environment is good and the management is professional.
