Safety and responsibilities of the Hotel ***agement is great! Quite convenient place for transportation and other access to shopping etc.. Suitable for a honeymoon trip for couples.. that's a great experience for us! We recommend this hotel fir the touring people around the globe..

Mr. Zahid, who ***ages the hotel, had been extremely courteous and friendly. He neatly maintains the rooms, gave us the right tips for our sightseeing, was punctual to meet our food requirements and arranged the local vehicle to visit *** valley/ Betab valley/ Chandanwari valley at Govt fixed rates without charging anything extra. Though our stay was just for two nights, he made a lasting impression that we would opt to stay in 'Hotel Himalaya Discover resort' during our future trips too and also recommend to others as well.

This is the best hotel Himalaya Discover Resort that we had in Kashmir. The view from the hotel room is that of the lidder river. It's built in such a way that it gives a Himalaya Discovery like vibe. Any problem or any small thing, it is attended to in a few seconds. The staffs here are friendly and always smiling. They have room heater, power blanket, good WiFi networks, and hot water 24*7. This was the only hotel where we got hot water to wash after attending the nature's call. If anyone is planning to visit Kashmir and Pahalgam is on your list, don't miss out on staying here. Thank you Mr Shafii bhai

A budget friendly property with excellent views, although a little away from the centre of Pahalgam and slightly away from the main road. Rooms are spartan and utilitarian with all basic amenities. Second floor rooms offer beautiful views of snow capped mountains. The bathrooms are little cramped but serve the purpose. Food options and quality is alright (for vegetarians). The best part of the property is the very friendly and cooperative staff who are very prompt in fulfilling any requests. The property is located very close to the base camp for Amarnath yatra and can be very useful for pilgrims.

Hotel himalaya discover resort is one of the best resorts in pahalgam for your stay. The food is tasty, service is excellent. Rooms are quite decorated and having mountain view and river from upper floor. Highly recommendes.

We have stayed at Himalaya Discover Resort Pahalgam, during 12/6/2023 to 15/6/2023. 6 rooms were booked through AGODA This property is located far from pahalgam centre, the lawn shown in the photos are very small, hardly 10 feet wide. 1. Rooms are just OK 2. Staff Is friendly, and very polite, always bearing sweet smile. 3. Lit up camp fire for us on 14/6/23 at the lawn. 4. Food tastes OK, cooked in house & served hot. 5. Toilet doors will not close in some rooms, and the roof of resort is tapered So on 2 floor rooms, a 5 feet person cannot stand upright and take shower 6. No drinking water provided in the rooms 7. None of the rooms were cleaned daily 8. No eateries around, so you need to dine from in house restaurant for breakfast & Dinner 9. Frequent Power Loss, power backup doesn't automatically start during night.

Third class hospitality. We stayed there for 2 nights. We informed that we would be reaching late. Since it was late our driver was finding it difficult to reach there and the customer service desk wasn't that helpful. Somehow we reach and rooms were not in good shape neither the water bottles where there in 3 rooms we booked. Next day when we asked for water service desk you can't take past date water bottle. This very simple experience shows theirs attitude towards customer.hot water was not coming in all rooms and we were told mixer is there water would be this hot only. What a hospitality. Heating device was not working in one room When we informed we were told its like that only. Not a single positive. If you are traveling with family stay away from this property.

The location of the hotel Himalaya Discover Resort is excellent! We had booked a river view deluxe room, and the view you'd wake up to is amazing! The rooms are decent, although there were some major issues with the heating mechanism. But the staffs are courteous. They'd always make sure to make you feel comfortable. Special mention of Mr. Shafi who was always prompt with whatever was needed. The food options were diverse, including vegetarian choices. Overall an amazing stay at Pahalgam.

Extremely courteous staff and a very good place to stay. Himalaya discover resorts staff is their asset. Rooms on first and second floors are neat and seems newly made. Avoid third floor rooms. Heating is great in rooms, though timed. Hot water in washroom is available properly. The view from our room on first floor was awesome as the snow covered peak was visible.highly recommended.
