Radisson Golf Resort Pahalgam

Radisson is a scenic n beautiful property. Comfortable rooms n excellent spread for breakfast n dinner. Most impressive was the staff led by Shashank (GM) Shavinder (FOM) n Nasir (FnB).Each n everyone made us feel at home n special and all our needs were attended to quickly n with a smile. Keep it up!!

Excellent property. Great activities - bonfire, cycling or just sit and relax in garden. Great food and menu. Friendly and efficient staff. You can really relax at this hotel. The views are amazing. We just walked around the property in the woods and ended up at the river side just throwing stones there and admiring the natural beauty of Pahalgam.

The Radisson Golf Resort Pahalgam matched every expectation. Right from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was efficient and courteous. Especially Mr Obaid in the restaurant 1936, who took the extra step to make us welcome. The location of the hotel is good with great views from the rooms. The food in the restaurant was also good though due to the Eid holiday, the much touted mutton dishes were not available.

The hotel is located up a hill and can only be accessed by car. The rooms were of an odd shape and having a roll away bed for my daughter meant the rooms were very small to accommodate 2 adults and 1 children. The restaurant food was always cold for breakfast and dinner and we had to request the staff to heat it up for us. The let down of the hotel was its restaurant service. It was very slow and the two ladies in the restaurant (mixed veg and non veg restaurant) were non helpful and whenever requested anything for breakfast or dinner, it would never be delivered. We would end up asking other staff members.

We had two wonderful days of stay in Radisson Pahalgam. Hospitality of restaurant 1936 was amazing special mention of Mr Nazir and Mr Ubaid, who took special care for us. My son was not feeling well on 1 day so they took extra effort and made special food for him Cheers to team. Keep it up!

Good and comfortable stay, affectionate staff and very accommodating and helpful service. Mr Shivender Singh was very helpful throughout our stay. Horse riding stand outside the hotel was overcharging for its services and was trying to cheat the customers.

Finest Resort perched on a mountain. Spread over good space. We were group and used their banquet for our own entertainment Became cold outside and s transportation within was in buggy. Only drawback was the heating came from the ac central on top and tended to become too hot and the only option was to shut it as it was not climatic controlled. Enjoyed the stay and hospitality. Front desk was not so friendly as is expected.

In a class of its own, setting the benchmark unbelievably high … that’s what Radisson Pahalgam is to you . Nestled in the forest with each room designed to let you peak at the mountains, the property is super amazing . But what sets the resort apart is the people .. loving caring and doing the best they can at any point of time , the best - ever experience we had . Meeting Rohu and Obed was truly an enriching experience as they demonstrated customer engagement and service at their best and beyond our expectations. Thanks so much Rohu and Obed for everything.
