The room was not cleaned and they didn’t switched the towels. The location was perfect. The service was not good and unfriendly when my friend wanted a second scooter or a shower after our check out.

Peacock Pai is only 10 mins walk to the night market. There are many stalls and street food in the night market. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there is a little lift, which takes our luggage up. The breakfast is also reasonably good.

The rooms were spacious and quiet, the pool was nice to sit by and the breakfast was very varied, delicious and efficiently presented. Also it is a perfect location -far enough away from the Walking street (15 minute walk or 3 minute motorbike ride) to be quiet and right off the main road to Pai Canyon, the caves, the waterfalls and hot springs, and the northern reaches of the Mae Hong Son loop. We will be back!

The room is clean but the toilet flooring are a little outdated. Need to improve the toilet flooring. And when u shower the water is not flowing. It takes a while to clear.

Hotels here are all open-air, so there are a lot of bugs. There are also geckos 🦎. There are a lot of them in the corridors at night. There are no geckos in the room, but you can't turn on the light, or they will get in. There is a swimming pool and a small balcony. But there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, which is different from what Ctrip described.
