Lovely hotel was nice and clean and breakfast was great too! location is good very central but it’s good to use mopeds to get around, just a few minutes down the road their is a practice place for learning to ride mopeds.

room was decent but the entire stay i had tons of small flies in my room. had to kill about 15

Walking distance to morning market and night market. A lot eateries nearby. Nice view from the hallway.

Serves very tasty breakfast. Walking distance to Pai old town n street. Value for money.

Good experience and good location

Very good place, room pretty clean, nice natural light, overall excellent service, every day they give you bottles of water and toilet paper. Wonderful location. I recommend this place

pictures doesn't really match the place: Maybe if we would of gotten the back room we would be fine, we went for the beat room available, unfortunately even when you check in they give you airplugs because the room is on top of the main street (note almost like highway with Trucks passing by until 4am and start again at 6am), with paperthin walls with holes in them, would be the same as sleeping on the street, no mosquito net and as the room is fully exposed to the outside ... again could of slept on the side of that busy street. It has big sign outside TimeOut magazine recommend... would say was years ago.. hate to leave shitty review.. but wish I would of known this info before I booked , especially it was the same price as some lovely hotels with swimming pools etc.. just be aware, book in the back or book if its super cheap.. Adorable, small hotel. Cute balcony. Attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge and kettle in room. Nice covered space to park scooters. Not a huge selection for vegan breakfast, but the fruit is good and it is so close to a few vegan restaurants. Great food all around. Good view of the mountains from the second floor.

Good and friendly staff. The location was so convenient . The room was not so big but worth for price and tidy. Even if the weather was cold at this time ,we can control temperature with aircon. All in all , we have good experience with this. Thank you for your service.

Our stay at the Lilu Hotel was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and responded very quickly to fix a problem with a continuous water flow problem with the toilet. The breakfast supplied was okay ( western style). It is located at the start of walking street so you are close to the night action. Booked an ensuite room and it was very spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting Pai.
