Service is good, location is good, staff also good
The lady let’s us check in early, which is big help. She can help you to book the tour if you need.
Location is close to the ferry and Paihia center.
Room is not clean epspecially the bath room .. I saw cockroach in the bath room that terrify me …

The location is great, a few minutes walk to beach front and maim centre for food. Amenities include cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Only thing is there is no air-conditioner but fans were provided but luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there but in peak summer, no a/c would have been bad.

The location is super convenient. You can see the sea from the balcony during vacation. Parking is free. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There are discounts for booking activities.

Very close to the pier, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they also deliver milk and help with parking for free! The room is also very big

Clean and conveniently located in Paihia. Stay would have been better if there was flexible late check in option, so I didn't have to rush to the motel from Auckland to meet the 8PM cut off time for check in.

Owner of the Motel is rude and doesnt know how to run a business. Motel is not clean, broken mattress, stained sheets / carpet and is dusty.

We had an issue with a security light right outside the unit which shone brightly in through the rather inadequate curtains and meant we would not be able to sleep.
Phoned the afterhours office number but initially got a very offhand response from Paul Rowland the manager. However the owner come and covered the light.
I went to the office to say thank you for what had been done but also ensure that it would stay in place for the second night of our stay. Mr Rowland was dimissive of the problem and said no other guests had complained. He also offered that he'd worked at a well known hotel and company in Auckland. Also covid and staff problems etc,
he was in bed and would have to advise the owner.
Nothing to do with the issue.
However I do want to congratulate the woman owner who did the fix on the night and brought in some new curtains that fully covered the windows. Her service was excellent.
