Holiday Inn GLASGOW AIRPORT by IHG

Didn’t really think a lot about our stay. The bathroom could be upgraded as the bath old and shower old and dated. The hand basin looked as if it wasn’t cleaned properly. Needed a good scrub with cif as looked as though there were bits stuck to the sink of where someone had spat after brushing their teeth. There was a clump of hair beside the sink on the floor that didn’t belong to me or my wife. Cleanliness is very important if you want customers to come back to your hotel. In this case I would expect a full refund for our stay. Looking forward to your reply

We did not enjoy our stay at all due to the discovery of bed bugs in the room the night before taking a long haul flight. The room had a broken toilet door, missing buttons on the telephone and no remote control. The addition of the bed bugs however was a truly horrible situation. The hotel management have not responded to any requests for a refund. A very poor and disappointing experience.

Excellent location, short walk to Glasgow Airport. Ideal for staying the night before an early flight. Reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Perfect location. I had a early flight this morning and to look out of my window and see its literally across the road and im there was so amazing . The service was incredible . Beds very cosy and a lovely dark room to sleep was much needed . Ill definitely be back . Thank you 😊

Great service from check in to check out. Staff were extremely friendly and the room was extremely clean.

Glad that we made it to the hotel despite of the commute difficulties due to the Glasgow central station was affected by the fire 2 days back. Hotel is next to the airport very convenient. However, the Hotel restaurant wasn’t able to help microwave the food we got in a sealed container even tho their kitchen can’t provide vegetarian with allergy to onion and garlic.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in holiday inn Glasgow airport hotel

Great location just across the road from the terminal so ideal for an early or late flight. Maybe could do with some renovation as it looked a bit dated. However the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Just what I needed after 24 hours travelling.

The shower is broken. Due to late check in around mid-night and would like to have rest early so didn't make any complaint to the hotel. In general, Terrible experience!!
