Premier Inn Glasgow (Paisley)

Went to the airport Premier in by accident where they were very helpful and friendly. Our Premier Inn was not as good. Building a bit tired. Staff so so.

Everything fine. Restaurant was closed, but that was not a problem. (was told due to open after mid July). Staff provided complimentary breakfast of brews and croissants; there are plenty of eating out places on Phoenix. Thank you Premier Inn people for your hospitality, and thanks to the hard working ladies cleaning and preparing the rooms.

Booked this due to location. The hotel is tired. No restaurant and we weren't told about this until we had paid. Bathroom and general upkeep of the place was very poor. I'd reconsider Premier in the future. I have used them a lot and won't in the future now.

Nice welcoming staff, clean room. Good value for money. Friendly atmosphere. Parking & WiFi were available. Location is near to the airport & occasionally coming & going planes were noisy.

Lovely hotel clean & tidy, Room was spotless, reception staff really friendly especially Sandy nothing was too much definitely be back

Been staying at this hotel for several years, its what you would expect from a Premier the rooms are clean and have all the things you need while away, the one thing that keeps me coming back is the staff always friendly and go the extra mile to make the stay pleasant Nicola and Sandy always greet you with a smile and a hello which makes a big difference when you're away from home, its the simple things that make a difference and all the staff at Paisley are really nice (apologies to the staff whose names I didn't list)

I cant fault any of the staff at Glasgow/paisley. Im a disabled traveller, and nothing was too much trouble. Patrick, Kim, Phone, Alan Kirstie plus other staff treated me very well, even managed a coffee with some of them. Room was perfect but some of the windows need replacing due to blown units and the ivy on the outside wall, had a few ants come in window. Sadly the restaurant was closed due to refurb, But saying that I cant fault my stay. Would recommend. A****

Stayed for a night after arriving back from holiday at 2am. We wish we had just driven straight home. Room was dirty, smelt like cigarette smoke, bedding smelt too. Someone arrived after us and we could hear them walking around the room for 30 mins at 3am. Floorboards were extremely creaky. No complimentary breakfast available. Staff avoided eye contact and didn’t offer to fetch us anything. Woman on reception didn’t even look up from her phone when we handed the key back. Would not recommend. Couldn’t wait to leave. Easily the worst Premier Inn we’ve stayed at.
