Courtyard Glasgow Airport

Hotel was nice. Rooms very comfortable and clean and a great little bar/restaurant. Gym very well equipped. But not walking distance from the airport even though they say it is. The manager was really rude. All the rest of the staff were grand though.

I stayed here for one night on a Saturday as a solo traveller, and it was a truly pleasant experience. I wasn’t flying but chose this hotel for its convenient location close to family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived at the Paisley based hotel, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their friendly manner and thoughtful approach created such a positive first impression and really set the tone for my stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a restful night. I felt completely safe and well looked after, which made the stay even more relaxing. A heartfelt thank‑you to Hannah, Bubbles who were both wonderful—kind, personable, attentive(plus generous - looking forward to enjoying my Scottish fudge), and the rest of the Courtyard team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming base near Glasgow.

Bug room and not too much noise. Note don't come the long way round cut through the multistory and go past holiday inns. Staff were friendly and welcoming there is s restaurant on site and s small gym.

My sister and I thought the hotel was mostly excellent. The breakfast was excellent but was let down by the dining room staff. When we came down to breakfast just after 9, there were several tables covered in dirty dishes etc. we had to go and get out own cutlery and napkins as other tables weren’t reset. The young man and woman who were the staff were standing chatting behind the bar and using phones off an on during the time we were there with no regard for the dirty tables. The young woman started to refill food but the man was doing nothing. After she did that she started to clear the tables and clean them with a blue cloth and spray as a substantial amount of guests started arriving. The young man decided to do some clearing slowly carrying a couple if things at a time to the kitchen instead of using a tray for speed. Finally he took a blue cloth ( no spray) and wiped the table, then another table with same cloth whic he had put in his trouser pocket after the other table . Hygiene. ?? Both of us have worked in hospitality and found this service below standard for any hotel but especially for such an excellent hotel. I suspect lack of supervision as they didn’t even greet guests as they came in. I feel the hotel needs to know about this,as other guests were not too happy either.

I stayed there for 5 days, overall a pleasant experience though I can see a few points of improvement, seen the brand Marriott. Small IT issues with the key, which continued to demagnetise despite my maximum care. I had to return to reception at least 5 times. The part which should improve more is the service at the restaurant, waiters look young and junior, though definitely patient and motivated. They should possibly pay more attention to all customers especially during busy periods, when it was almost impossible to have eye contact with them.

A fantastic hotel about a 10-15 minute walk to the terminal. The hotel is gorgeous with gorgeous rooms, an excellent restaurant, excellent staff and would highly recommend.
