"Stayed at hotel for 3 nights due to going on a course. Quite noisy with people coming & going chatting in corridors slamming doors etc but probably to be expected for an airport hotel. Handy with airport"

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Perfect location. I had a early flight this morning and to look out of my window and see its literally across the road and im there was so amazing . The service was incredible . Beds very cosy and a lovely dark room to sleep was much needed . Ill definitely be back . Thank you 😊"

Exceptional service from male supervisor who was very polite and attentive throughout despite restaurant being really busy. Family suite/room was spotless. Food was excellent and supports local businesses through links with local baker, butcher and coffee suppliers."

"Our stay got off to an unacceptable start and never recovered. Upon arrival, we were given a room number and access code that unlocked a room which was clearly already occupied. This is a serious security and privacy issue for both us and the guests staying in that room. It was also incredibly embarrassing and left us feeling very unsettled from the moment we arrived. After that, we were given a second room, only to find that it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests had checked out. At this point, our confidence in the hotel's management and housekeeping was completely gone. We were then offered a third room, but it wasn't the room type we had originally booked. We were told we could move again the following morning, but after already being sent from one room to another twice, we simply couldn't face the hassle of packing up and switching rooms yet again. We decided to stay where we were rather than go through the same rigmarole another time. The entire check-in experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. Basic procedures such as assigning the correct room and ensuring it has been cleaned should be the minimum standard for any hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations, and I wouldn't recommend staying here."
