Basic cooking amenities should have been provided for guests staying in villas. Location a little too far from main attractions

Great looking resort and huge area and wonderful scenery. But that’s all there to it. Bugs are swarming every night, bathtub is leaking, and the worst thing: my hot water is not running in the shower! I’ve called the reception 3x during my stay and they ‘fixed’ it for that 3 times but it still not working. Finally I gave up and showered with cold water for my entire stay which sucks for a 5 star resort!

The check-in process is not convenient to guest. It’s very unfriendly service for 5 stars hotel to let guests find the parking spot to check-in for themselves at the main building and then after check-in need to wait for golf cart lead us to parking space, and have only 2 golf carts are on service. Many guests are waiting in the hot weather. After that, I have to drive to parking space and have to wait for golf cart to pick me & my mom up. The room is clean and ok but with the nice scenery, but has musty smell a bit. The breakfast is decent International and Thai style but many flies there which 5 stars hotel should be more concerned about hygiene, especially with food.

Misleading listing. Supposedly pet friendly but they charge 3000 baht per dog and they are only allowed in the villa homes which is also not disclosed in the property listing. The hotel blamed Trip.com and Trip.com has been unresponsive as usual.

A nice resort in Khao Yai though a bit far from the Park and most restaurants. It is on the older side and some things could use a little TLC. Rooms are large and staff are fantastic though the restaurant was unstaffed for a busy weekend.

Most impressed with our stay in Movenpick. We loved the large room, the scenic views and the environment that hotel was located. Food and services were as expected and did not disappoint. Kids love this place so we will definitely consider coming back again (esp if there’s cheaper deal). The downside is that we will need to walk outdoors to the main lobby for food etc, so just imagine if it was raining, then everything that’s outdoor wld be an inconvenience. Otherwise, this place is also slightly further than most attractions in Khao Yai, but we just loved the serenity of the environment

Good location , nice weather, nice facility. but services from the staff are not satisfied enough . To compare with the Marriott chain, I prefer Marriott!

The place is amazing. It feels like I stepped into a failytale world. The staff and location are both great. We booked a villa, there was some issue with the toilet and cleanliness of the towel, but overall everything is great.
