The room was good. But we have to change the room we booked before because the hotel had the group's visitors who stays in the same floor with my previous room. Then the staff suggested us to change the room which is more private and bigger and paid extra for 2，000.- baths

We had a really good experience in viewpoint. Staff were very attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was reasonably good. Location is very convenient as well with many amenities around within walking distance. Last but not least, the views and the surroundings were beautiful.

The accommodation was very clean and incredibly peaceful. Going during the low season meant ultimate privacy. The staff were lovely and provided great service. It would be even better if I came during winter; that would be incredibly comfortable. But coming when it's not busy, I truly felt well-rested. I really liked it!

Overall, this is very good hotel I would like to go back again. There are a lot of activities to do and enjoy. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. My kid loved the ceiling of the bedroom so much.

Overall, it's pretty good, but if you look closely, you'll notice some cleanliness issues: - In the bathroom, the toilet, faucet, and mirror still have water stains. - The fitness center is small and lacks rubber flooring for shock absorption, though I understand this as it's rarely used. You have to be extremely careful. - There are dust spots in the corners of the room. - The only highlight, the saltwater + heated pool, was cloudy on the day I visited, and there were algae stains on some parts of the grout. - The game arcade is good, with games for kids to play, plus a pool table. - The staff are friendly.

The hotel is very clean with an excellent location, right in the main tourist area. The view is absolutely stunning and beautiful just like the hotel’s name 'Viewpoint'. All the staff are dedicated and provide great service. The room is spacious, perfect for families, and spotless. We really loved our stay here!

I love this hotel, they provide good service, you can swim and have fun there if you are traveling with your family. Friendly to EV cars, you can charge your car in the hotel without finding charging stations.
