Have a wonderful stay in this hotel. Staff was friendly. Location was good with private driver. Can have lots of activities within the hotel. Surrounded by the nature. Breakfast spread was not that big but good enough to get what everyone needs.

Pros:
Very nice environment, trees and nature, friendly service and staff, relax atmosphere. Dark in thw night to see stars.
Cons: bit distant from most resturanta and entrance of national park.
Would go back again.

A very good hotel in Khao Yai. Each room is themed by an artist, and there are also introductions by related artists.
The hotel has a small library with books in Thai, English and Chinese, which is great for reading and relaxing.
The hotel's facilities are also very unique, with educational environmental protection facilities, children's play facilities, and a small organic farm. Overall, it is more suitable for students and families.
I especially like the kapok trees and grass next to it. It's very comfortable to lie down.

Hotel service... there were four staff members at check-in. Four families came at the same time. It took us 20 minutes to check in. I don't understand. The hotel is very old, the location is very remote, and the food in the restaurant is okay.

The room is large, clean and hygienic. The customer service attitude is very good! The hotel area is very large, and there are cute statues of children reading everywhere. The temperature in Khao Yai is a few degrees lower than Bangkok, which is very comfortable! It really feels like a vacation there😃 The only drawback is the inconvenient transportation.
