The hotel is a bit old, but the accommodation was decent, not bad at all. There's no elevator, which was a bit inconvenient. We booked it because we were participating in a race in Khao Yai. The main drawbacks were: 1. The hotel is currently undergoing construction, so it was very noisy. 2. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. You could hear everything happening upstairs and next door. Just someone walking by or opening a door in the adjacent room was audible. Basically, I didn't get any sleep and was awake all night.

It's a really long drive. The exterior looks nice, but the room is a bit scary. There are no bright lights, the air conditioner doesn't work, and there's a musty smell. It should be fine after one stay.

This Thai-style accommodation is conveniently located. While it was a little older than I anticipated, the excellent location, large swimming pool, and varied breakfast spread were definitely highlights.

The staff were lovely and the service was good. However, the room was quite dated and incredibly dark. Cleanliness was a bit of a letdown; the in-room slippers even had sand in them, clearly not having been cleaned. That said, when I informed the staff, they promptly came and swapped them out.
